Came to the tower late to explode my dinner options here as my arrival is late. Was about an hour before it closes. So there is no need to queue at all. Ordered quite a salad and quite a few dishes of sushi. Taste great....More

We arrived at 4.30pm and took a ticket. 5 numbers ahead of us and so many empty seats in the restaurant. After 45 minutes waiting, the waitress said there was another 30 minutes wait, we lost patience and left. All this time, the restaurant was...More

Went there with high expectations, which were not met. There is a fishy smell which bothers me a lot. Sushi was good, but not great as in other places. Arrived there as soon as it opened and waited very little to come in.

I went to their main branch twice in Umegaoka but it’s quite impossible to wait because of the very long queue! If you want to try this amazing sushi restaurant without waiting for a long time, you can go to their branch in Asakasa. The...More

Though we weren't wow'd by the quality of the service this time (our counter sushi chef was busy and not super friendly), we had another great experience at the Akasaka location! Enjoy your excellent sushi with a nice cold bottle of Midori Sake. Yummy!

A popular stop for many people, I've been to this one twice and the Umegaoka shop once. Sushi is fresh and tastes straight up exactly how you would expect it to taste. Prices are fair (JPY 2,000 and up for the set dishes). Service is...More

Been here a few times and normally get there 25-30 minutes before the lunch shift start to avoid the long queues. Food was absolutely perfect and prices are so cheap that I over ordered. Highly recommended

We spent a few months in Tokyo and paid at least a weekly visit to this place. Sushi is of excellent quality and prices are reasonable. There are several accross the city, yet the one in Akasaka has the lowest waiting time... to eat at...More

The food is exceptional, service once you're inside is great. However they blatantly serve Japanese before Westerners. Leading to over a 90+ minute wait as a single white person diner. Large groups of 4-6 Japanese only had to wait 10-15 minutes. Very disappointing racial discrimination.

Not so long ago the Akasaka and Roppongi areas were
famous for their nightlife, high-class restaurants,
bars and clubs. More recently, with the opening of
Roppongi Hills, Tokyo Midtown and Akasaka Sacas, the
area has declared itself as the most fashionable spot
to be seen. The area also hosts the National Art
Center and the Mori Art Museum and lots of trendy art
galleries.

I went to umegaoka and futagotamagawa-branch. I didn't go to Akasaka-branch. but midori sushi cost performance is pretty good. I think atmosphere is similar in any branch.
