Outstanding food. Great service. After coming here for a work dinner, I took my wife here on a date. The place offers a very nice dining experience. Sashimi is outstanding. Tempura is very good. Set menus are excellent. Highly recommend. The place is authentic. The staff speak excellent English.

The sushi was super delicious, amazing variety. I am still dreaming with my o-toro. The place is beautiful, private and elegant, the English menu is very helpful, the staff is kind, the sushi master is very friendly and the relation price/quality is good, worth every yen.

As before, ordering the sushi 'omakase' brought us a perfect meal of the freshest seasonal offerings. We love the friendliness of this place as much as the quality. Each piece is perfectly seasoned, so do not add more soy or wasabi! We finished our meal with a 'dessert' of an uni handroll- sooo good.

If you look for a true traditional sushi/sashimi place this is the place. It is not about the ambience and the look ( quite westernized, still cosy) but about the excellence of ingredients and their combination. We had the lunch set including starter, sashimi, sushi, misu soup and some great side dishes: all delicious. After that they asked us to... More

This is just an amazing restaurant. Having traveled to Japan many many times, this is the sushi restaurant I always bring my gaijin guests to (I've tried a couple of the Michelin starred sushi restaurants but the atmosphere and the sophistication of the food is somewhat missed on many foreigners). As you enter the restaurant, you are greeted and ushered... More

First visited Fukuzushi in 1996 and went frequently from 1997-2006. It was always one of my favorite restaurants in the world. Had the chance to go back last week and it was still absolutely wonderful. Slightly seared toro is miraculous, and for those who like hand rolls, get the Bernie Burger. So good!!! Expensive, but not ridiculously priced, and the... More

I've been dining in this exquisite Roppongi restaurant for the last twenty years. They have the best sushi money can buy in the world. Friendly and professional service. They buy their fish from the same vendor at Tsukiji fish market as Jiro Ono. Their Aburi Toro is sublime! Not as expensive as other high end sushi places in Tokyo. Highly... More

We enjoyed some of the best authentic sushi here and later in the evening learned that this restaurant is a legacy that spans at least 4 generations. The restaurant has been owned and operated by the same family since 1917. It's a quiet, upscale place. Highly recommend it.

I went at about 10PM on a Saturday - late, but not too late for a popular sushi restaurant in Tokyo. I was a bit disappointed by the selection of the set menus. The quality was nice, of course, but I think most places in ginza are better. That said, the miso soup is perhaps the best ever - but... More

Beautiful, friendly restaurant with English speaking hosts and menu. Excellent sushi! My 10 year old daughter and I ate at the sushi bar which was entertaining and delicious. We ordered a la carte and had fabulous sashimi, sushi rolls, soup and tempura. They even took care to not put wasabi in my daughters sushi. Would love to dine here again!
