Service was good but the food is awful. Barely any meat in the dishes almost all fat. Extremely expensive for what they serve. We even had a hair in our 60 USD oyster sirloin dish. A terrible disappointment. I would advise the Cerulean to close...More

We had stumble upon this restaurant by chance while walking out of the hotel and didn't have any expectations of it. We were dining with children who do not eat spicy so I can't attest to how authentically szechwan the meals are. The highlights of...More

Stayed in Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel and heard that this szechuan restaurant is top notch, chef/owner supposed to be someone highly rated. I ordered Fish in chilli oil 水煮鱼 , costing over 4100 Yen. When the dish arrived, I couldn't believe my eyes and had...More

I ate at this restaurant one night and the food was great. My son and I did not have a reservation and they put us at a counter facing a white out glassed wall. I thought this is where all diners without reservations were sent...More

Top service. Reasonable prices for the hotel. Excellent bottle of white Beaune, well served. Staff attentive, prompt and professional. We reserved from the Bellavista the same night. Apparently the chef is well known?

I went into this restaurant with high hopes knowing the owner of this restaurant is an Iron Chef. I have no other biases, for I've never been to the hotel, the restaurant, or known any chef or worker there. Looking at the menu, my hopes...More

This is a simple restaurant but the food is excellently prepared (in front of you if you have a mind). Service is unassuming but proactive and all food is fresh without an excess of oil or salt. Highly recommended but expect to pay for it.

Could very well be. The food seemed excellent to me, lighter than most Chinese restaurants, but still a bit "oily". Soups were tremendous, so was the pork and the lobster. Service is impeccable. And I appreciated the high quality wines available. Outstanding. A bit pricey...More

Impressive wine list and delicious food. The Fregola (toasted pebble-shaped pasta, vongole, zucchini flowers, saffron) was my favourite dish of the night. The combination of flavours and texture was simply wonderful. We had more than 10 people in our group so had to go on...More

"Chen" restaurant in the trendy Cerulean Tower is probably one of the best Sichuan food restaurants in Tokyo. Wide selection of authentic, freshly prepared dishes, friendly service and great atmosphere. If you are alone or just with 2 ask for a seat at the bar...More

Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the
Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops
that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest
areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's
Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to
recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh
yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast,
Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool.
