Great freshly made free samples alongside the usual good coffee mixed with very friendly and helpful staff all add up to an excellent experience.

Loved that it is located inside Tsutaya Bookstore, the ambience is great! We were seated outside and enjoyed the people-watching in this affluent part of Tokyo. Do check out the 1st floor after your cuppa - lots of old records and cds to browse.
If you get a seat here better not leave it! It does get quite busy. As a tourist looking for free wifi, this is quite a good spot to find fast internet. As a coffee lover, Starbucks is typically not a place I visit for...More
A bit crowded but the decor makes it worthwhile. Many of the staff speak English, too, which is appreciated.
It was the usual Starbucks experience. Being in Japan, I was expecting something more. I was looking forward to japan-only pastries or sandwiches. none of that. The usual burned coffee.
This is a great place to order a cup of coffee, sit and read a book, or people watch. Ivy Place is next door so it is also a good place to have a drink while waiting to get into the restaurant.
Everytime I come back to my house in Japan I have to go there! Simple, with many drinks you can't find in europe (ex: milkshake matcha strawberries) in a very charming place, full of books and magazines, sofa and everything to make you feel comfortable....More
Definitely recommend grabbed some coffee and checking out the three building book store. It's such pretty eyecandy, even though I couldn't read most of the books. (Although there was a small english section.)
Looks onto lovely garden and is connected to the nicest bookstore...people were sitting with their dogs and families. Great vibe. You already know what the coffee is like!
