The main bread was the best. Second was cream cheese pie and 3rd place goes to apple pie. Good place for breakfast or dessert (if with ice cream).

This was delicious. It reminds me of the Italian tradition of serving gelato in a panettone. However, so much lighter... Highly recommended when you are in Asakusa. Maybe a little less cream cheese next time...?

The melon bread here are sooooo tasty!crispy outside, and tender inside. I order the original one, but I also want to have the ice cream one! Maybe next time.

Kids love it. Taste, crunchy, sweet, soft... It's good. Either plain or with ice cream are both good. It's good even in hot weather :)

Let's be honest -- this is a novelty item, like candy floss at the local fair. So why not go the whole nine Japanese yards, get a scoop of green tea ice cream to go with it! One serve between two people is more than...More

Melon pan was made fresh and tasted amazing. Was handed to you warm and served with ice cream. Definitely something to try.

Ueno, Asakusa
Traces of the history and culture of the Edo (old
Tokyo) era remain vividly in Ueno and Asakusa.
Spacious Ueno Park is a great place to relax and visit
a variety of different museums and galleries. At
Ameyoko which starts in front of Ueno station, the
grocery stores and clothing shops are crammed
alongside fishmongers. It gets particularly busy at
the end of the year, when many people go on shopping
