We came with the intention of trying just the No 7 Premium matcha gelato and black sesame gelato; both delicious! But we were so impressed with the taste that in the end we went and bought another servings of No 4 and red bean gelato;...More

The place is a few minutes' walk behind Senso-ji temple, and there was a short queue for the gelato on a Sunday afternoon. There were 7 grades of matcha gelato, and we went for the strongest Level 7. It was extremely good and packed with...More

If you are a matcha ice cream / gelato lover, this is paradise! You can choose Level 1 to Level 7 matcha, 1 is being very milky and 7 as their premium. We tried Lv 1, 4 and 7 to taste the gradation of “matcha...More

After having the level 7 most intense flavour, I can never have anything else. It's true, I tried a couple of matcha ice cream after and they left me feeling unsatisfied. Yes it is true, you can be unhappy with ice cream, matcha ice cream!

Fantastic doesn’t even begin to cover it. I went for strongest matcha since I love good grassy matcha tea, and it was absolutely delicious. Black sesame was not as strong as I expected, next time I’ll go for two different matchas. Got some powder as...More

Simply a must visit for any ice cream lover, the black sesame ice cream was out of this world. Wish it was open a bit later so I could pick up a serve after dinner too.

Thank you for coming to us! Black sesame is one of my favorite, too.

There's a pretty long queue, and it gets pretty busy. It does good black sesame ice cream. The choice to have different levels of matcha ice cream is good because I prefer a stronger matcha taste. If it wasn't so busy, I'd probably like to...More

Ueno, Asakusa
Traces of the history and culture of the Edo (old
Tokyo) era remain vividly in Ueno and Asakusa.
Spacious Ueno Park is a great place to relax and visit
a variety of different museums and galleries. At
Ameyoko which starts in front of Ueno station, the
grocery stores and clothing shops are crammed
alongside fishmongers. It gets particularly busy at
the end of the year, when many people go on shopping
