We went to this little cosy cafe Just for a quick tea and then we found out that its possible to book Cooking class. So we Did and it was one of the life time memories which I took back home from Sri Lanka. The...lady was Very nice and she is the best chef! The food she made was amazing and she gave us lot of tips and advices how to prepare local food! I Very recommend this place to all of those who would like to learn something New or who would like to taste the best food in Haputale.More

Very little restaurant which looked nice but our experience was not so nice. The place is very close to a rather busy street. You have a lot of noise from traffic and exhaust fumes entering the premises from time to time. We had some lime...juices for drinks. They were very sweet which even made the taste of lime fade away. The cheese kottu we had was very dry. Not like any other kottu we had before. We also took the devilled prawns which to me was more like a sweet and sour patato dish. Small pieces of patato with very few prawns. And above all, totally not spicey, not the way 'devilled' should be. Moreover, it was very cold. Not to be recommended in Haputale.More

Curious, we tried the cooking class. The owner opened her kitchen to us and showed us some of her delicious recopies while she was learning us about sri lankan prononciation, food habits, spices and spices' vertues. Her kindness and her smile made this experience amazing.......and achieved by a mémorable feast, plenty of surprising and delicious savours. Thank you so much !More
