We called in here following a visit to nearby Lyme Park. We chose their Sunday roast lunch, and it was very good. Some nice real ales on offer as well. The service was first class, and we will defiantly return when we are next in...More
I had Sunday Lunch with my friend before visiting Lyme Park. We both had the beef.Plenty of it with a good selection of fresh vegetables. This is a Robinsons pub and the beer was excellent.
We usually dine at one of the bigger eateries but came across this pub almost by mistake one day.It is a very nice pub with good food. You're made to feel welcome and it's well worth a visit.Great food at a reasonable price.
A well run pub. Extremely clean and tidy with a hard working landlord and lady. Full range of well kept Robonson's cask ales including Unicorn, Wizard and Dizzy Blonde. The White Horse is handy for Lyme Park and there's a car park at the back.
