First time in Argentario we found this restaurant by searching on the internet and given the reviews, we tried it. Expectations were not betrayed. Truly suggestive location and certainly also suitable for large events. Absolute tranquility surrounded by the greenery of the polo fields and a refined environment both inside and out. The service was excellent, fast, but without being too oppressive.
The dishes are decidedly high quality both in terms of ingredients and combinations and flavours. The price is naturally adequate to what is written above, therefore not cheap, but in line if you want something extra.

The location is very picturesque and the place presents itself very well from an aesthetic point of view, managing to give the typical Maremma location a chic streak.
The food was great and the portions were adequate.
Price a little high for the area, but it's actually worth it.
The only flaw is the lack of attention to detail in the menu which looks like an A4 sheet folded in four.

Everything perfect starting from the location, ample parking and overlooking the greenery. We tried raw seafood, spaghetti with clams and desserts. Aspettative super confermate! Dishes presented very well, large portions and normal prices for what served. Mandatory stop, we hope to return!

The hotel is run by the charismatic Jean Claude and his amazing wife. We stayed for 3 nights as part of our southern France road trip. We dined in Marsanne the first 2 nights but saved the best to last dinning on the beautiful terrace and had an amazing set menu that we all thoroughly enjoyed, local produce at its very best cooked by the Madame of the house and served with gusto and great wine pairings by Jean Paul.
The pool was great, our room perfect for 2 adults and 2 children with a mezzanine was impeccably clean, all be it tired, some rooms had been refurbished so would seek to book one of them next time.
A great stay and a great stop over.
