As usual the food was first class. Well cooked and lovely fresh fish. The special that day was swordfish and those who order enjoyed it. One chap had lobster risotto and I had cod cooked on the plancha.

Quite surprising to find a restaurant this good in the middle of a large shopping area. We ate there a few times several years ago, and it was very good then. This time was equally good. They have a big focus on seafood and fish but do have some meat dishes too. My husband had monkfish tail, and I had a tuna steak. Both served with a beautifully flavoured creamy risotto rice, and some roasted veg. The tuna steak had just been seared and so was essentially rare but it was very tasty and the texture was like silk. For dessert my husband had the tiramisu which was a good portion. The total bill including two very good glasses of white wine and coffee was E73.50. The only downside was that having decided we wanted skate, the waitress then said there wasn't any. Would have been good to know that before spending time choosing. By the time we had selected again, the restaurant had filled up and we had a bit of a wait for our lunch - but it was worth it! Best to book or get there at 12.00 as it's very popular.

Delicious meal with sisters

In October 2016: We went there with my sister to share a meal with the desire to taste fish. The restaurant was full but the waiters found us a table in 15 minutes. We were able to taste fish soup, mussels, fries, tiramisu, gourmet tea, etc. We were pleasantly surprised by the flavors, the kindness of the team, and their dynamism!

Very disappointed

We are regulars at this restaurant but unfortunately we will not be returning... 1h30 to have the main course, people arrived after us and were served before One of the desserts was forgotten, the tea brought just with my teapot of hot water without a tea bag.. Good dishes Very rude waitress, threw our fingers on the table, spoke very quickly and seemed annoyed So I understand that when there are people we can be speedy but that doesn't excuse everything, especially with a bill reaching 250 euros

Another one of those restaurants that delude you!

We had imagined ourselves having one of those good seafood meals... Disappointment! Loaded main course, copious, with indistinct content: salad, so-called wild sea bream (???), plethora of aioli, fries worthy of McDonald's... Okay, one of the waiters was very friendly... but we came to eat well... Quality (and not quantity)-price ratio: 12/20!!!

Another visit to the fisherman's canteen. THE restaurant to go to if you like good quality fish and seafood. This time, discovery of the parillade. I loved. Cooking at the best, the products are sublimated, generous plate. Adorable and very professional waitress. We appreciate it and see you soon

SHORTS AND NOISE

The only two downsides to this restaurant are the noisy room and the waitress's shorts. Waitress who was very professional and friendly. But shorts, even if global warming can justify it, a skirt yes, pants yes...shorts are for the seaside hut. The very well decorated room is unfortunately too noisy, the terrace is more pleasant. As for the kitchen, nothing to complain about... everything is perfect. The price is a little too high, but the dishes are very good...

Restaurant located in the o green a Boe shopping complex Fish restaurant with its fishmonger right next door Welcome, top service👍 Open for lunch and 3 evenings during the week Reservation recommended!! Top notch cuisine Small downside, a little noisy but the quality is there Well done to the team👍👍

Excellent fish

Lunchtime, turned up (on speck) early thank goodness by 1230 the place was heaving in a good way. We had the menu of the day all the fish we had was cooked too perfection, the portions were well balanced. As I said it was very busy but our three courses were served professionally and appropriately spaced. We would recommend for lunch.

Fantastic fish restaurant !

Not perhaps the most inspiring location- in the middle of a vast shopping area, but a superb quality restaurant none the less. Service is friendly and prompt (although my crème brûlée seemed to take a while, arriving after instead of at the same time as coffee.) However, that’s a minor aspect. The sword fish steak- part of today’s choice-of-the-day was excellent: perfectly cooked and served with salad, ratatouille vegetables and a few potatoes. The mixed fish platter my husband ordered was equally superb- huge variety of fish and crustaceans, served on rice. There are one or two meat dishes (and a children’s menu) but, as its name suggests, this is primarily a fish restaurant. Booking is essential- the place is full every lunchtime; and I imagine the evenings (Thursday-Saturday) are equally busy.

Very nice atmosphere, busy for lunch. Extreme good Scottish smoked salmon. Oysters are also a must. Nice fish parilade with a veggie touch. Very goidxs

Excellent fresh fish dishes....

Lunch time mid-january and fully booked. We arrived on spec at midday so they managed to fit us in provided we could vacate the table before one in the afternoon. This restaurant provides very good dishes with little fuss. Buzz is the word for the atmosphere. If you are shopping in Agen or passing through, it is a good spot to stop. But try to book in advance.

Indoor or outdoor dining . The best option for fresh fish in the area hands down . Friendly service and the Host (co owner is great ). i personally like'' Friture d'Eperlan '' so i was happy they offered it as a snack with cocktails. Loved it all and will go again during my next visit to Agen .Its a wonderful experience and a good alternative to most local restaurants who mainly offer red meat or duck ( i love duck but after a week ... a great piece of Fish was appreciated . lol, .
