Didn't enjoy the beer, ordered a chicken korma; chicken was over cooked and dry; plate with the curry came with a salad. Who puts a salad with a curry ?? Not my most enjoyable pub visit.

Went here with family for a get together and had booked in advance. We had a 6 month old in a pram with us and our first issue was that no prams or buggies allowed in and there are steps up to entrance ( have mobility issues) . We were put into this tiny alcove with not enough room to... More

With so much choice on a menu and food prepared very quickly it can only mean a well stocked freezer with a deep fat fryer and microwave at the ready. The food was piled high but lacked the va va room that the high prices suggested. Have eaten better food in budget pub chains.

We ate here recently and it is a timewarp! Very old fashioned with a menu that is so massive you cannot reasonably expect a decent meal with such a choice! Make it smaller and focus! The food is fried fast food at restaurant prices, will not be back. Ps change the plastic flowers on the outside, they look terrible!

The Wellington Inn is a very nice restaurant, only open from 6.30 to 8.30 in the evening. Most of the tables were reserved, but they found one for us. I had chicken and my husband had steak, both of which were very good, but there were so many chips on the plate it rather put me off. The staff were... More

For a Sunday lunch this place is Excellent. A warm welcome and pleasant staff. The food is piping hot and plenty on the plate. Choice of large or regular, as someone with a good apetite i went for a regular and wasn't disappointed. Good selection of sweets. I will go again when in New Quay.

Went to the Wellington Inn again as been a couple of times when visiting New Quay, went with my wife for our anniversary meal and wasn't disappointed. Upon entering we were greeted by nice friendly staff and shown to the table and given the extensive menu. I ordered the mixed grill and when it came out in didn't know where... More

Its quite a few years since we've visited New Quay and as the Welli was an old favourite we thought we'd give it a try, and boy were we all very happy. We boked a table as the resturant even mid week at the end of September was very busy. The menu was vast, with lots of daily specials available,... More
