While waiting for our hotel room to be ready, we ordered our main of mee siam and rice with chicken. They were pretty good. I recommend them. 👍🏻 We had also ordered coffee royal (with VSOP Martell) and the other, Irish coffee; both to be...served after our main. I repeated my request to make sure the waitress hear me to have them served later, after our mains and was satisfied when she acknowledged. Alas, she came serving us the coffee before the mains. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I then told her I had asked that they be served later as told to her when I ordered them with the mains. She looked surprised but politely took them back to the counter. When we were ready to enjoy our coffee, I asked the staff for our coffee. Guess what?? The waitress asked her colleague where the earlier 2 coffee were placed and went “ah yes..” and took them to our table. OMG! I then told her they are not hot (thinking to myself...how could they had left our coffee on their counter and now served them to me...where is hygiene and service standard?). She replied “err...hot?”. Thank God she took them back and made us fresh hot coffee according to our order. Generally, food and drinks are good there except for their service standards. Our coffee experience is just one; we had a waiter coming to us twice to serve us drinks and food not meant for us and overheard a few customers not getting their orders on their table after some wait where one said he had waited an hour. They really need to improve their service standard.More

Good ambiance with good food. Probably the best restaurant in Bintan Lagoon in terms of value for money and quality. Staff were attentive and food came fairly fast. We ate twice here during our stay and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of food each...time. We tried the pizza, tacos, burrito and burger. The burger doesn't look all that great, but it is very tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed the pizza and tacos!! Must have while you are here.More

One of the good things about the Terrace is the ambience. Nice layout, good facilities and even better location and view. You have one great view of the ocean and the front side of the resort. You can enjoy this view while having drinks with...friends. Simple pleasures made better by dining experience at Terrace.More

We drove a jeep from TG Pinang to this area. There are no expressways to take so we have to take the winding roads that might take us to and away from the local village or towns to reach this place. Just grab a beer...and head down to the beach is the best idea.More

We entered this looking at dart game, as the menu did not have veg options, however, when we ordered and asked "No Meat" , they made sure whatever we want will be specially prepared without meat. So many drinks options are available that you cannot...stop your bill crossing your limits. But worth paying for the awesome time we had.More
