I visited this tea room for lunch with my Mum. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and I consider it to be good value for money. My Mum had the jacket potato with cream cheese and salmon, and there was a generous amount of salmon. I am lactose intolerant and was able to have soya spread... More

Excellent afternoon cream tea via Groupon. Delicious fresh sandwich, scone and cake. Beautiful setting and lovely staff. What more could you want?

Popped in for a warming lunch of hot crumpets and marmite and a pot of tea. Very charming tea room with vintage crockery. Friendly and attentive staff. Will definitely return to try out their cakes.- they looked delicious!

Having been unable to get over to Steyning for several years I was amazed that Kim not only remembered me when I phoned to book a table, but also commented that she would make sure she had plenty of gluten free to offer! We had a gorgeous lunch and I especially enjoyed my gluten free scone. Can't recommend highly enough... More

Visited our favourite tea room for a long overdue plum scone. We were not diappointed. Other than the fact that the tea room was full and we chose to eat outside, the scones were magnificent. You can not book between 12 and 2 so you really do have to take pot luck with finding a seat. And it is, of... More

On a cold November morning we popped in for coffee. The room was busy but we were soon served with good hot coffee. The plum sponge cake was to die for! What a find - would definitely recommend a visit.

My friend and I enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea here today. The staff were so friendly and helpful- even providing us with a box for our left over cake. Fantastic!

I visited the tea rooms recently, after being recommended by Palace of Pooch in Steyning, as it is very difficult to find somewhere that is genuinely hound friendly... And they did not disappoint. Both myself and my friend agreed, it was quite simply the BEST cream tea that we have ever had... And we have had a lot of cream... More

What a lovely time was had at the fabulous Steyning Tea Rooms. Glorious food, fabulous staff and lovely ambience. We went for the mega sized Afternoon Tea upgrade and to be fair it beat both of us. But my real questions are; how do they make a ham and cheese sandwich on granary taste so good? And who is responsible... More
