Have called here previously for a drink following walking in the Brecon Beacons and on a sunny day the small garden can be full of thirsty walkers. It is a small pub inside that has a great deal of charm and original features. However on...More

Admittedly it was bank holiday Monday but the service in this pub was appalling. We placed our order for 6 bar meals and nearly an hour later the waiter came out to tell us there was no rice for my sons chilli. My son therefore...More

Ended up here with a stag party on a saturday night. Greeted with friendly chat and pre-booked us a taxi for closing time (as it was a busy festival weekend). Very impressed with the service and food quality. Awesome lasagne with crispy edges!

Popped in after going on Brecon Railway. Very friendly and cosy pub. Great beer. Limited choice of well cooked food. Very inexpensive. Everything you could want from a proper pub. Chips exemplary.

A lovely relaxed village pub atmosphere with friendly staff. Enough choice on the menu for everyone including the kids. Food was superb all round; plenty full, tasty and excellent value for money.
