We were informed about the restaurant from our taxi driver.. Wow- what a discovery.. Despite the tasting lunches that you will participate in you have to find time and room to have dinner here. The flavors and presentations are amazing! The staff is caring without being intrusive. Each course is served with care and attention and a full explanation in... More

This restaurant is a must in Mendoza! As foodies, the food, presentation, taste of every bite was a surprise and exceptional. The service and every aspect were 5 star without the 5 star prices. What a wonderful experience it was, worth the drive!

Delicious food, great service, very good inexpensive restaurant. I think the place itself needs decoration, very bad acustic

This was one of our great findings while in Mendoza. The place is unpretencious. But be aware: the food is really great, tasty and innovative, and service is perfect (although the place is run by two waiters at a time). Very good wine pairing. Definitely a good experience.

Everything perfect, worth the price. I strongly recommend the visit. We ate the five dishes and all were excellent, the soup, the tapas, ternera beef and the desserts. The staff was very polite and kind.

My partner and I have been to Mendoza many times over the past ten years. The food and wine are always a lure. A good friend took us to Brindillas on our most recent visit. The dining experience was amazing. We enjoyed the chef's tasting menu over three and half hours of great conversation. Each course was artfully presented. Portions... More

Great meal. Everything was beautiful and delicious. I normally don't love "foodie" gourmet restaurants, but this was terrific. Incredibly well priced for such an exquisite meal. Very affordable wine choices. Also had an incredible music playlist of popular songs remixed and covered made the whole experience even better!

An inconspicuous building some 20 minute drive outside of Mendoza (taxi cost ARS 200). In my opinion, the only restaurant in the region that deserves the description of a gourmet style restaurant. You have 2 options: a seasonal 6-course menu (ARS 375) or a traditional 9-course menu (ARS 575). Small but adequate portions, every course delightfully prepared and nicely presented.... More

What a superb meal we had here. They created a special menu for us due to certain dietary restrictions and everything was delicious and memorable. Not an easy place to find, even for our taxi driver, but well worth seeking out if you want exceptional food. Beautiful tapas, sweetcorn soup with crispy quinoa, a poached egg dish with cheese foam,... More

Our final evening in Mendoza, so a special treat planned at Brindillas. The restaurant is very minimalistic design with large block tables and plain walls. The food and service delicious, we chose the taster menu and each course maintained momentum, with balanced flavours, textures and elegant presentation. The Torrentes wine was delicious to start, Malbec for main and cheese, with... More
