This is the third time we have had a meal at The Galleon. The food, staff, and service are brilliant. I cannot fault it. It has had bad reviews in the past, but if you have been during that bad patch, give it another chance,...More

The surroundings were modern and comfortable. The meals were acceptable and I'm glad to say the piped music was confined to a room other than the restaurant. The two members of staff on duty were efficient, and friendly. This was a pleasant lunch experience.

As close to a homemade Sunday lunch as you could get in a pub. Tasty, plentiful and good value. Friendly helpful staff. Decorated nicely in parts inside but some outside areas (and toilets) a wee bit scruffy.

Well there was plenty of it with fresh veg we both had beef, it was a bit 'old school' other than the meat being dropped on top of everything else as they do now, don't like that! Oh! and the gravy was very thin.More
