Busy and popular with locals at all times so get in early. May not look much from the outside and don't be put off by the location. The food is great and very traditional and fresh you can see it being made in front of you. It is very reasonably priced, great service with our waiter remembering our drinks order... More

The fish - Ligurian style - was very fresh and tasty. A sure bet. We did not try the focaccia - we know the dish. The problem is the location: the trains rumble overhead, and the jeunesse dorée of Recco roars by in their bikes, or parks them under one's nose. For quiet, be sure to book an inside table.... More

Recco is famous for making foccacia with cheese( formaggio ), This place is very popular with the locals, outside tables and quick services . We were lucky to get a table , the possibilities are many , you can have normal Italian food , foccacia and pizza . Our choice was foccacia with formaggio , prosciutto and tartuffi. Some sparkling... Il Ponte has the best trofie al pesto dish and pizza. It's in my list of must to do every time I go to Recco. It's close to the highway and there is plenty of parking, it's also close to the train station.

Been here twice during our stay in Recco. The restaurant was advised by our hotel Elena and we must say, it was worth the visits. Busy, so maybe come early or make a reservation. They have 2 restaurants opposite of one an other. Pizza is nice and good. Tuna was delicious too. The calling card has an other name. Definitely... More

On your marks, get set, GO!!! A truly hectic restaurant. Staff zooming about at speed all the time. We felt they were keen to get you in - eat - out. Having said that thr food was very good and tasty. As mentioned before it is a favourite with the locals and is always busy.

Il Ponte was packed! Felt as though we had stumbled across an authentic family restaurant. Set under the bridge in Recco, a little bit back from the beach. We had a lovely, friendly waitress who explained the specials for the evening on the blackboard.Started with the focaccia formaggio which was delicious and the mains were excellent as well. Really enjoyed... More

I have been going for years at Il Ponte, to eat Focaccia (always great), very good pizza, and some interesting fish dishes. I rewrite to say that I had Milanese Cutlet last time, I craved for it, not the typical dish you ask in a seaside city like Recco. Well, I was surprised. The cutlets were amazing. Perfect slice of... When you drive into Recco from the Autostrada this restaurant is very easy to find because it's right next to one of the few areas you can park easily in Recco and in the shadow of the massive railway bridge. It's a pretty standard pizza place with very good quality pizza served fast. If you are arriving in Recco and... More
