This place is known for its roasted chicken, excellent, also the fish sandwich was pretty tasty also. Very simple place and low key, pretty much self service. Kind Regards, Friscoboy

My wife and I ate here several times. The chicken is very good. The ribs not so good, they are tough. The portions are large. We would get a half a chicken, rice and fries. That would be enough for supper. With a couple of sodas it would be about ten dollars us. Can’t beat that. We kept going back... More

There's also a location in Orangestaad. Very hard to actually find, but once you do, it's worth it. We stocked up on a car load of take out -- chicken, pork, steak, rice, fries, plantains, desserts -- it was a feast. Next time we'll just in in the shop. This place is a local joint ... and so so so... More

If you have the opportunity to stop at either the location in Savaneta or downtown Oranjestad and want a quick satisfying meal that is both tasty and on budget, then get out of the heat n'wind and enjoy some Peruvian bbq at this popular restaurant for both locals and tourists alike. Rotisserie chicken is the specialty although there is fresh... More

This is the place to go for chicken and ribs. A slab of ribs or chicken platter complete with rice and potatoes is only $10 US. Best food we had on the island and best price!

Awesome food. Chicken is so good we took a whole one to go..... After eating a half chicken with sides each before hand. Language barrier, but the staff is charming and will figure it out with you. If you have a finger, you can point to the dish you want and they will make sure you get it. Very good... More

This was our first time at La Granja. My wife and I shared the seafood fried rice and the roasted chicken. The food was delicious. It is a great place to go to if you are looking for good food at a very reasonable price. You order your food at the counter and they call you when it is ready.... More

La Granja used to be so much better that it is now, the chicken is delicious and we love the rice but we know that it used to be so much better like they were serving onions in a large bowl with sauces of your liking but now a days the onion does not have any taste at all and... More

La Granja was soooooo tasty. The chicken is cooked perfectly. We had a plate that was a scallop/fish in like a curry sauce. We asked for a recommendation and the lady served us a plate of heaven. Their homemade hot sauce was also great. I loved everything about this place. It's a bit of a hole in the wall. Order... More

I had the Seafood Fried Rice, thinking it was a normal portion. Ordering was very difficult, as they were not well versed in English or the credit card machine!! Had to point to things as I ordered. My plate came and I was very surprised at how much was on it!! Full of rice, calamari, shrimp, scallops, mussels and a... More
