The chef of this delightful restaurant utilises the freshest of products some of which are locally prepared in the hotel gardens like the sun dried tomatoes and each day is an adventure of discovering delicious unique and special food with a Mediterranean and Greek heritage. Forget the usual Moussakas or Souvlakis which you will find a dime a dozen at... More

We've eaten in the Boulis on several occasions before, but this time we walked out without ordering. I could be wrong, but I sense that the ownership has changed. The menu was much poorer than on previous visits.

A small taverna style restaurant in the courtyard of the Boules hotel. An interesting specials menu with some of our favourite dishes on there. Beetroot, goat and galactoboreko. .. all beatifully cooked and presented. Really enjoyed the apricot kernel liquor too. Our first meal on Sifnos ... I think we will be returning here again, it was so nice and... More

Kafenes is with the Hotel Boulis where we were staying. The hotel is set back from and overlooking the beach. It has a lovely quiet west facing planted courtyard facing the sea that's simply a wonderful spot to be, away from the small bustling town of Kameres. The cuisine attempts to be a cut above basic tavarna fare, and is... More

We enjoyed our meal here. The German waiter was charming. Presentation very good. Only problem was the abundance of flies and wasps..possibly due to overhanging vines and flowers which looked beautiful

Restaurant at our hotel - Hotel Boulis - we ate here 2 nights - the menu varied with authentic home cooked greek cuisine. All dishes we tried were excellent, wine was very good too!

The bright lights at the lobby entry shouldn't put you off, this was a very good restaurant with excellent ingredients and food. It's definitely traditional Greek food, but done very very well. The figs (grown in the garden) with home cured prosciutto and local cheese was fantastic, as was the braised goat. Delicious food and charming service.

Having read recent reviews on this restaurant thought we would try it. We ordered the local salad to start which was nice little bit to much leaves and greenery for our liking. But was ok. The main meals were ordered 2 mastello which is goat/lamb our was goat food came very simply presented just a few chips with this meal.... More

Our only regret is that we found you so late in our stay on Sifnos! Our three experiences with you have been outstanding - not only the excellent soul food, but the service, genuine friendliness, ambience, amazing sunsets....... The chef comes out to the garden to pick fresh herbs, cooks with heart and feeling and brings some of the dishes... More
