You might be surprised to have a lovely dinner in a place that somehow resembles a medieval refectory of a convent, but although you are actually dining in what was formerly a barn of an old Masseria, typical farm from Puglia... Apart the environment the food is superb, well presented and the service is excellent and in the end you... More

We ate here twice while staying at the Masseria. We were underwhelmed by the food and on our third night ate a Skafe which is 5 minutes walk away in the village which I wouldn't say was better quality but it was definitely better value for money.

I have been dining at La Gattamora for over 7 years now. The food is local and fresh, the staff are friendly and professional. The garden is a secret gem well worth the visit.

The masseria is a magical place forgot at the beginning of the century, the owners are attentive to propose typical regional food with a modern twist. Great regional wine list, pasta dishes are copious and the starters are so many that we never got to the desserts! We were there twice and the 2nd time we were lucky enough to... More

Excellent. Hospitable owners, rapid service, good selection of typical, well cooked food, reasonable price. An enjoyable meal, I recommend.

My wife, 2 kids (ages 2 and 4) and I recently attended a wedding rehearsal dinner at Gattamora. This was our first trip to Puglia and a nice way to kick off our exposure to traditional Puglian cuisine. We were a very large group but the service and quality of food did not waiver. It felt very homely and like... More

Do yourself a favour and eat at Gattamora if you can - the food is just delicious! And reasonable! The pasta dishes are huge, we split one between two and it was still bigger than any pasta dish we had ordered in Australia! Meat and fish dishes were excellent.

We had a lovely Sunday lunch. We sat outside under the portico and it was very pleasant. The wait staff were very helpful and patient. The house antipasto was delicious and very generous. The main courses also very good. The wine list was good and appropriately priced. The garden at the back was pretty and the children could run around... More
