Goat curry and chicken both very tasty, as were all of the sides. It was all served family style by Maria with a warm smile.

We were staying at Blue Water Inn and went out looking for something different for dinner and stopped when we saw the sign outside Redman's indicating they were serving dinner on Saturday (when other restaurants were closed). We're so glad we stopped. Maria greeted us at the door and helped us select some cold, sugary beverages and then sat us... More
Marie prepared such a lovely meal for us, and her home cooking was just great. Right on the water with lovely views to match.
We were staying at the Blue Waters Inn so tried out a few of the local places for lunch. Maria was very welcoming and made us a delicious, cheap meal with fresh fish. We were the only ones in the restaurant but that was nice, we opened the shutters and looked out at the sea. Don't just rush to Jemma's... More
Really enjoyed our dinner in Redmans, was just coming for a reform when we went but was still really good. 2 ladies serving dinner with big smiles and big flavours. Recommend it for all tastes. Very good value as well.
We were the only guests that night, and I did feel like I was in someone's home. Food was very good, and there sure was plenty of it!
Stopped here on our self drive trip around Tobago. Attracted to it bu it's bright red walls and cheery cook. Warm and welcoming and views to die for on the side of a blue lapping sea amongst colourful houses and shacks. We opted for whatever was available and had pork which had been cooked slow and long and was delicious.... More
We enjoyed our lunch. We ordered lobster and it was very delicious. The owner cooked fresh and served with rice, banana salad, noodles, and lentils. Not a fancy decorated place but clean, neat, and friendly service.
Redman's has got to be among the least pretentious restaurants on the planet. Beyond a few garlands of red artificial flowers and the bright orange Christmas place mats on the mismatched furniture, there is nothing that could be described as upscale decor. But you definitely get the impression that owner, cook, wait staff Maria could care less. What Maria cares... More
Freshly caught local seafood by Redman and local recipes, including crab and dumpling, cooked to perfection by Maria. Just a short walk from Blue Waters Inn, do not miss out!
