Excellent food and service in a casual, fun environment where the locals gather on a Wednesday to catch up and purchase their weekly supply of organic veggies and mouth watering sour dough breads, honey, home made yogurt and other delicious goodies.

Do not miss a breakfast, brunch or dinner at Graze when in the area. All the food is sourced from Tabby's and Alex's farm and the food they serve is delicious. If you go for b'fast on a Wednesday, get there early to grab some of their produce (veggies, cheeses, yoghurt etc) that is sold then. Enjoy!

One of the key Stanford bistro's with food to delight over. Highly popular with locals as a treat (prices are a little on the high side), booking is recommended as seats are few (try for the stoep if you can). Alex, your local host and his entourage of waitrons ensure good, attentive service. Food is made with a lot of... More

We have just spent the most wonderful evening eating great food accompanied with some fine wine. Everything that we have read about this small, energetic and unpretentious eatery is spot on. Open for dinner on a Friday only so you must book as it is always full, however, staying in Stanford and not eating here should be a crime!

Only open for dinner on Fridays. When planning your visit to Stanford, make sure that you book for dinner at the same time. Great atmosphere, excellent food and good prices. We were lucky enough to get a Chef's table and could see all the action which added to the whole experience. There is a great selection of local wine and... More

The food is so fresh and delicious. Unfortunately open on Wednesday for breakfast and evenings on weekend. Also a morning fresh food market on Wednesdays. Folksy atmosphere but food is superb. A talented chef serving food that is of highest quality.

Organic, fresh, great flavor, well presented food straight from the farm. Delicious! Service was a bit slow but we were not in a hurry. This is a place to sit, relax and enjoy a great meal.

Great menu choice, for the Friday night Bistro,(the only night it is open), limited to a handful of choices, but all good and locally grown and sourced. Service was a bit slow, but it was busy and the staff were being constantly attentive. The meal itself was very good. Depending on which table you are seated at, you can watch... More

Our evening got off to a creaky start as they proposed to put us on a table in the very middle of the kitchen but this was soon resolved. A wonderful menu choice, 2 so us had the springbok ravioli which was sensational and the other member of our party the kabeljou which he said was the best he'd eaten.... More
