Went this restaurant by 12am when it supposedly opens but is was simply impossible to get a table until 4pm... Besides that the person who we asked for a table did not seem to interested in having customers. May be because they have a lot of them...

Be prepared to wait - a lot - even in wintertime. But the wait is worth it. This is such a fantastic restaurant for shellfish that you must go for a crab or shellfish rice both the 2 jewels in the menu. We had a fantastic crab plus some fried prawns with wine for only 45€ !!! Now this would... More

WOW - what a great place to try the Arroz de marisco (seafood rice). Our first time in Portugal and it was......too much! And delicious. My husband can eat a lot and yet we could not finish the dish. It looks like a simple family type of restaurant, well worth a visit. Food is inexpensive and plentiful and also just... More

Very famous restaurant in the region for its seafood rice and other seafood dishes. In fact, with a menu that includes high quality regional products with excellent taste traditionally cooked has an obvious result: the quality-price ratio is very good in this place. As for comfort: the chairs are of a rough wooden model without cushions, which makes the meals... More

Really brilliant experience all round. Very fresh and very cheap (ridiculously !) Bottle of wine 4 euros. The monk fish and rice dish was enough for 4 people and we were only two. Nice people and open all day which was great for kids if you want to eat early. Brilliant ! Also, try the next door beach at Amalia... More

Now this is a busy restaurant! Unfortunately, you can’t book a table. So you have to be there very early if you don’t want to wait for a long time. We were advised to arrive at 11:30 (!!). And luckily we did, because people started arriving. Very strange for a Mediterranean country. But then, I don’t think you could get... More

Arrived late and place was packed. Had about 20 people waiting in front of us for a table. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant is nothing fancy but food is very good and prices are extremely reasonable. We decided to not wait for a table. Instead we ordered at the bar and took our food to one of the tables outside.... More

You can't reserve table by Phone! We were there about at noon and they said therno oma e is 160 people before us waiting table. So at 17.00 we get the table for Lunch. So if you want eat in this restaurant you must have time. The food, seafood, is excellent. We will go again but not in weekends.

Visiting with a group of 4 this was incredible - we are all Portuguese and all can recommend the place! The place was full when arriving but we managed to have some really great starters - octopus salad, fish eggs salad and the traditional cottage cheese - all brilliant. The place is a nice typical joint without many fancy decorations... More
