Caffe Roma is a fantastic place, which is frequented by the locals and tourists, too! They have an impressive collection of Piemontese wines, and in particular "local" wines not venturing too far away from Canelli.
Their aperitivo (happy hour) is very well attended, if you wish to go with a group and would like a seat, you'd be better off reserving a table. They also have a good selection of beers, and hard liquor and a fun cocktail menu.
Their coffee is delicious, and the sweet and savoury selections to snack on are always fresh and tasty.
If you are in Canelli and would like to see the local "ape" - happy hour - tradition in person, this is the place to visit!

Very nice wine and with it you were served a free platter of nibbles. It was a very pleasant place to have a sit down after driving around for a while site seeing. The service was great as was the wine.
