First visit to this wonderful family run restaurant was in 2011 and it has never disappointed us over many visits with family and friends.
The menu has developed into a well earned Michelin recommendation with some of the best dishes in the area such as the Agnolotti del Plin, Gnocchetti DI Sierras also the outstanding Panna Cotta.
Excellent service and great wine list.

As per the title of the review, the adjective that describes the restaurant can only be that. Environment with attention to every detail, intimate atmosphere as only an old, expertly restored cellar can provide attentive, professional but never intrusive service. Dishes with attention to every aspect and which they leave you with the desire to return soon. A special mention to the ravioli del plin for workmanship and taste, pasta made as it once was and not all the same demonstrating the true craftsmanship of the product accompanied by a sauce that you would never want to finish. The proposal is excellent of the wines, excellent value for money, the fact of being recommended by Michelin is fully deserved.

Returning a second time the experience was even more fascinating. Well-groomed, non-trivial dishes presented impeccably and with excellent raw materials.
The plated ravioli is a dish to remember and the duck is mouth watering.
A special mention for this place goes to the service which is 10-class courtesy, professionalism in recommending wines and above all during dinner a discreet but always punctual presence that makes customers feel pampered. It is one of the rare restaurants in which I have never I had to pour the wine, myself and my company. The waiters were always attentive and without making their presence felt, they discreetly took care of all the tables, something that further pleases the customer. We will definitely return

I was very excited to visit here with my partner as the reviews were so good, we were travelling from about 30 minutes away. But, unfortunately our experience wasn’t what we thought it would be, due to the lack of service. Our waiter, a tall, slim man with dark hair and big peculiar shaped statement glasses was just rude, to be frank. He didn’t smile, he didn’t make us feel welcome, in fact me and my partner were both feeling on edge around him as he made us feel so judged for everything. We could
See him rolling his eyes and sighing in the staff area, which was in my line of sight, so that wasn’t great to see. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day, but taking it out on guests is not appropriate or professional, especially in such a highly regarded restaurant. We had about 4 different waiters serving us which was also confusing. On the high note, the food was very tasty (we had the tasting menu), but I wouldn’t say it was exceptional. The restaurant was in a beautiful wine cellar, but it was very bright spot lights and had no music (when there were just a couple of tables left, you could hear a pin drop). So the atmosphere wasn’t what we were expecting.
Very nice food, most of the staff were very professional and helpful, but I wouldn’t travel far to visit this place.

We had dinner with my husband in this small boutique, where the cuisine pairs with the wine. We felt pampered by all the staff and in particular by Dario who was able to grasp our tastes and perfectly match food and wine. We will definitely return because it was a wonderful discovery. Dario also showed us some vintage rums that we didn't know about and which were the perfect ending to an already excellent dinner. I highly recommend the tagliolini with Alta Langa cream and the spiced apple terrine with its flavors that explode in your mouth. Thank you for a pleasant dinner and evening

Second visit to this wonderful restaurant. The room is magical.
The service is top notch instead of a wine list the sommelier brings a selection of wine and presents them at the table.

Very nice restaurant near the station and Cantine Gancia. Elegant and refined, good food and beautiful location.
I have always gone to lunch, very interesting menu 18 € water and 2 dishes to choose from the proposal of the day but you can also a la carte menu with more choices.
Being in Canelli also excellent selection of wine.

Very charming place between traditional brick vaults and industrial hints. The entrance is misleading but as soon as you go down the stairs you will find the surprise! The cuisine, on the other hand, is not so surprising (assuming it is the surprise you are looking for...). The welcome with the fake cherry tomato promises what is not kept at all, at least in my opinion of course. The dishes are still very good but for example if I talk about tagliolini alla alta langa I do not expect to find eggs from ... lumpfish on them? Salmon? This is the second time we have eaten at Casa Crippa and we are amazed again. The place is magical and the staff are always so friendly. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the middle of the white truffle season. Tajarin al tartufo bianco, ravioli with Jerusalem artichokes, perfectly cooked pork cheeks, sublime dessert. And we're not talking about the wines... It's nice to see a quality restaurant run by the same family since 2006, from the cuisine to the service.

In a beautiful and cozy cellar room enjoyed an excellent lunch accompanied by fine wines. There were 16 of us and everything came through at good pace. Service attentive and friendly. Definitely worth a drive around.

We actually had no particular expectations of this restaurant. The quality of the food was excellent and the service by the son of the house an experience. Excellent! the food is at a Michelin star quality and the service is attentive and hightly prefessional. Very good experienc. We're on a gastornomical wine tour so expectations were high and we were not dissapointed. We highly recommend.
