I travel from Ciudad Dario to Matagalpa to get coffee from this coffee shop. Great prices and I had one of the best cappuccino in this place. Relax environment. This coffee shop is a gem in Jinotega. Recommended!

Quite simply, this is the best place we found to buy coffee throughout Nicaragua. We looked in every town we stayed. And we know our coffee. As well as being a great place to buy coffee to take home, it's also incredibly friendly. We enjoyed...More

The coffee tastes fresh and strong and is the lowest priced at a latte for $20 cordovas which is about .70 cents. The workers are very friendly and it's a very relaxed atmosphere. Also they have the lowest cost and fresh coffee and beans packages...More

Seriously. I should have bought another suitcase and filled it with coffee. Unfortunately, I only bought four pounds...at $3 a pound that's about one pound of marginal, overpriced US coffee for five pounds of this tasty stuff. Be sure to ask for a shot of...More

If you're a coffee lover, you cannot leave Jinotega without stopping by Flor de Jinotega. What an unexpected surprise -- the best coffee I've tasted in years. I ordered the latte -- smooth, caramely, no sugar needed.

There may be cuter coffee shops in Jinotega, but I cannot imagine there is a better cup of coffee. Nicaragua coffee from this area has a reputation for low bitterness, great acid balance. To me, it tastes light with a slight cocoa taste with a...More

Every time I come to Nicaragua, I go home with at least ten bags of coffee from this place. You must choose carefully from the offerings in the dessert case, as it can many times be a crap shoot. The coffee, on the other hand,...More

Great, superb coffee in a nice coffeebar in the marketarea. They also sell some of the ceramica negra from the women's cooperative from las curenas.
