Visited this morning with a granddaughter with the intention of enjoying a traditional English breakfast. A note at the bar said use the App to order, tried but there was a problem. So ordered in the traditional manner only to be told no eggs! We...were offered a replacement with another item. Not ideal. Sadly when food arrived it was luke warm, staff didn't check whether we were happy with the food or offer sauces. It was not busy in the least. Frankly very poor customer service so we won't be going there for breakfast again. I had previously highlighted less than acceptable customer sevice to Head Office and things have not improved so maybe Head Office need to think carefully about customer service.More

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Manager was even rude. They didn't give us a table and not even entertaining us even they already saw us. Talk about racism.

Overall a good experience and great value for money. We always enjoy their breakfasts and the Wetherspoon app is a very good way to order food and keep socially distanced. Felt comfortable and all social distancing measures in place.

I love it here! I could go anywhere else for a night out but i always choose the dairyman. wonderful, considerate staff who are understanding!!! Great nachos. I love it here and even in covid it’s good if you wanna see someone you know. However...they are strict on COVID measures but honestly good for them because they’re just doing their job and protecting our community. Big up The Dairyman!!More

Lunchtime meals for seven after a trip to animal sanctuary. Limited vegan options . Easy to order on the app. Meals were delivered by a very grumpy looking waitress and came some time before the cutlery ! Minuscule serving of baked beans on the vegetarian...brunch and the most hideous vegetarian sausages ever. Tiniest portion of chips with both the chicken and bacon melts. Just not a very pleasant experience and a waste of fifty pound . Shame as we usually enjoy Wetherspoons .More

My daughter visited yesterday with her friends and was asked to leave!!! When she asked why they said her and her friends had been talking about the staff!!! firstly my daughter had no contact with the staff at this point as orders are being taken...via the app, and secondly my daughter and her friends had no reason to talk about the staff they were out enjoying each others company. My daughter requested to see the manager at this point and the staff were very aggresive and rude to her, particually a lady with pink hair, I suggest you train your staff in customer service and ask them to get some mannersMore

Long wait for food which was cooked but left waiting on the serving hatch. When it arrived was only what i call as just warm. We had to clean the table which was dirty. Normally the food and service is good, must do better. It...seemed that on this occasion that under staffing was the problem.More

This place has really gone to the dogs. Tables aren't cleared unless you prompt one of the miserable looking staff members &, from the state of them, are very rarely wiped down. The toilets are also very unhygenic with broken, cracked & dirty fixtures. Such...a shame as when it opened it was the best Wetherspoons in the area but these days it just smacks of neglect & it would appear that the staff just don't care anymore, so now probably the worst but the competition is fierce! Both my partner and I contracted chest infections after our visit, it may just be a coincidence but this hovel must be a breeding place for germs. We won't be going back.More

I presume you meant to ask "can I bring my dog in ?". We go in regularly but I cannot remember seeing any dogs there at all , it would be best to ask the pub directly (their number will be on the Wetherspoons website). Sorry... More
