The food here is exceptional, all cooked fresh to order the waiting staff are very good, and you can bring your own wine with only a £1.00 corkage. Pizza are all fresh with fresh bases made by the chef, the pasta is also very good. Has limited, but daily specials on a board. Atmosphere is fantastic and you always see... More

Visited this small restaurant earlier on this evening, what a little treasure. The decor isn't the most up to date but personally I think it adds to the charm of the place. You are able to take your own wine and pay a corkage fee of £1 per person. What a brilliant price. The food is absolutely delicious, we had... More

Tried this little restaurant for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it. Only a few tables downstairs although there are more upstairs, so best to make a reservation. All our meals were very nicely cooked and served by happy waiters. I chose the green mussels to start and the seafood linguine as my main. All excellent. Another nice attraction is... More

My wife had been here before and suggested it was the sort of place I would like, though having read a couple of the more recent reviews I wasn't so sure. Really glad we did though as I couldn't find a thing wrong with it. I booked it a couple of days in advance which was a good move as... More

I took a friend for a birthday meal mid week, this is a small restaurant, and appears always busy. We had the house white wine which was good , although one can take your own if so wished. Starter of garlic bread very fresh. The main I have the chicken with smoked salmon which worked well, good vegatables too. My... More

Only our view, but was unhappy with being offered a table upstairs, even when tables empty downstairs, when my friend is clearly disabled.. we did manage to get upstairs as didnt want to cause a fuss. food was edible, but not amazing, and we were under the impression we could bring our own soft drinks in, which was not the... The meal was nice and because you can bring your own wine it makes it a very reasonably priced evening. It had a lovely busy feeling with plenty of atmosphere as it was a Saturday evening.

On a Tuesday this place was packed. great mixture of different age groups all having a good time. The ground floor feels like someone's dining room, very simple and cosy on a cold night. Service was good. Prawns for starters along with asked for bread. I had Lasagne which was excellent, very thin pasta and my pal had chicken breast... More
