I went there on great expectations. But unfortunately, the service was rather disappointing. I asked for the origin of the meat/fish and if it was organic, but the question was not welcomed. Then I asked if they had any vegetarian choices -- and apologized immediately...for the question (they don't). When they served the meat (I accepted the limits) with french fries I told them I don't eat french fries (it was not indicated on the menu), the woman just snapped «so don't eat them». There was not even a shred of adjustment offered (nb: the fish comes with veggies). They don't have organic meat, they don't have vegetarian options, I still ate there but practically no goodwill ... Have been meaning to go here for a while & so glad we decided to try it, had a fabulous meal here with friends & wonderfully looked after by Madam, food was beautifully cooked & some lovely choices, one of our party had the ceviche...which he said was wonderful, most of us had the veal in a garlic cream & mushroom sauce, divine, the house wine was really great value, €4.50 for a Demi, all in all a fabulous evening, we will certainly be backMore

For many reasons we have not been able to visit our family home here in the Gironde for some time. We were delighted to find that through all the difficult times En route simplicity jas managed to keep going and continues to deliver its marvellous...formula. Yesterday we went for lunch with two of our neighbours who had not visited before. We all felt that we had a great meal and a great experience. Eating outside under the gazebo is a delight. A puree prandial Kir of one king or another provides an excellent beginning. The food was delicious, the service excellent. Now we are able to be back at our house, in France, where we intend to live, we will return many times.More

Great food. Great owners. Great clientelle. Great prices. Met some really interesting people at En Toute Simplicite. The owners really make everyone feel at home. Superb food and superb service. This is a must for anyone in the area.

We have just enjoyed the most delicious set-lunch at En Toute Simplicité. The restaurant itself has the look and feel of a stylish bistro whilst the food is fresh cooked, made from the finest ingredients, and with starter, mains, cheese, pudding, coffee and wine it...represents remarkably good value. The owners are warm and welcoming, attentive without being intrusive, with plates appearing and disappearing at the perfect pace. A wonderful lunch. We will definitely be back.More

Have eaten here many, many times and am never disappointed. Freshly-cooked food and excellent friendly service. Fanny and Jean Michel provide a superb dining experience, with great value for money.

We were staying at a gite nearby and went to this restaurant for a weekday lunch for four of us. One of our party has dairy intolerance, which we mentioned when we'd booked the day before, and it was accommodated and not made to feel...a big deal.
