After a few years away it was a pleasure to dine at Bracu tonight! To manager Mark and new Somalier Alex (on her first night) - wow. A great mix of personality, professionalism and a genuine passion for service!! If this is a mark of where Bracu is going then locals will flock back in droves. A loss to Ostro... More

Bracu offers a package with B&B including drop off and pick up, so we can enjoy ourself without worrying the need to get "home" after a few drinks. The first impression was "wow! What a romantic garden setting!". Although Bracu is far away from city centre, it is worth the travel! The services was great. We had the 7 courses... More

We visited Bracu & the Simunovich Olive estate for our staff function with 18 people. We took a guided tour of the estate, olive oil tasting, Claybird shooting, Archery & Knife throwing, followed by drinks on the lawn, and an amazing dinner at Bracu. Every single staff member there was professional, helpful, smiling and just all around wonderful to deal... More

Bracu hosted our wedding reception and was absolutely stunning. The menu options were all incredible and made it exceptionally hard to choose a set menu for the wedding. In the end we settled on the Crispy Duck Beignet entrée, with Pork Roulade & Rump of Lamb for our mains, finished with a Raspberry Soufflé dessert. We received exemplary feedback from... More

The Bombay Hills are just south of Auckland city. Here in a serene olive grove is Bracu restaurant. You will feel as though you have been welcomed to an elegant colonial home, but the food and service in this wonderful timber floored house, with wrap around verandas looking over the olive groves is anything but old fashioned. Sensational local produce,... More

Fine dining European affair and excellent service. We had a great time. A beautiful estate surrounded by mature olive trees with indoor/outdoor seating. My only suggestion is that they add chicken for the kids menu as it is only limited to fish and beef medallions. Our four year old doesn't like fish and he took ages to chew the beef.... More

We visited for a 60th, booked, but on a Thursday for lunch we had the entire restaurant to ourselves so service was incredibly prompt but they didn't make the mistake of rushing us. Bracu Restaurant is gorgeous. There are so many different areas to sit - outside under the umbrellas, inside in the dining room area, on the covered wraparound... More

Love this place. A very romantic evening was had, with amazing food, great wine, and we weren't rushed at all. We were the last ones there, taking our time (you know how it is on a date...) and the staff were super.
