I ordered tofu, grilled pork and ramen. Tofu is super yummy! Grilled pork is a bit too sweet. Ramen is average. They have English menu. One of the staffs can speak English.

There was a queue, but the wait was not long. So what’s good about this famed restaurant? The onsen egg is divine. The soft poached egg in a light vinegar with chopped dried seaweed and spring onions complemented each other perfectly. a The ramen was...good... the noodles in particular were excellent. I also ordered the vegetables which turned out to be just one vegetable - something like kang kong - but it was superb. Absolutely superb. So why haven’t I given it five stars? It just felt like they were rushing to get me out of there. I realise it’s hard when there’s a queue of people outside, but it probably means I won’t go back.More

The local hot spring ramen is special -- a must if you are in Beitou area. The eggs and seaweed starters are excellent, too.

Menu attached for your reference. You'll have to share tables and it's not exactly spacious inside - but the good ramen makes up for it. The ramen has a unique mouthfeel to it and it's not exactly round in shape. I love the chewyness! Brooth...isn't thick even if you order the normal one so I guess it'll be really bland if you got the light soup so not recommended. Tried the original (#1 on menu) and the miso. We love the neat slices which didn't taste like charsiew but overloaded with a natural flavor. Nothing too fancy about the hot spring egg which is more or less like half boiled egg. But the seaweed side dish was gooood. Note that if you order a drink there, you're not allowed to bring the glass bottle out with you. Staff is multilingual so no worries about language barrier. Expect long queue BTW. But overall it's really good and worth the wait. On a side note, there's one uphill and downhill - two in the same area.More

Initially chose this place as it is near the hotel I was staying. Did not expect that ramen restaurant in Taiwan can be this good. The soup is flavorful and the ramen is different than the ramens that I had before. The onsen egg is...a must have. Overall, had a good experience there.More

The place looks great, ambience is on point as well. However the noodles and base of the soup is just a disappointment for the price that we are paying. Will rather go to tun jiang for cheaper and better tasting ramen.

Just located near to XInbeitou Station. When I reach, the restaurant is full with crowd and the staff arrange free ride by van to their branches. The soup is very special and the portion is quite big. There are dozen of choice even vegetarain.
