A very long wait to enter this space. You need to know that there is a minimum charge of NT 350+ 10% tax for everyone who eats at their Western Food and BBQ section ( a better view compared to the Chinese food section )...You can’t mix ordering the three menus they have ( Western, BBQ, Chinese ) Servers were not as hospitable as I expected, very loud when they were calling the queue numbers. Very snobbish. I believe the management need to do something about it. Bad management leaders create bad service. The servers looked tired from what I saw due to this place was quite spacious, and they needed to walk here and there to serve customers. Waiting space was quite crammed. But people do still wait, even for 1 hours and more. Food taste was very very normal. Nothing too special. Especially for the price, and the waiting time.More

Everything is okay except the rude door dinosaur. Pls clarify on the seating before waiting cos diff seating area is assigned based on the cuisine you chose. 1st time there, didn't get the seat I desire due to no explanation by the door staff. Was...told to re queue if want to change seating. No credit card. Living in the Stone age.More

Restaurant located in Yangmingshan. The lighting and night view were very nice and it is one of the best place to enjoy dinner with Taipei city view. Drinks are nice but the food was just average.Outdoor seating was a bonus! Staff are friendly too.

It’s a Thursday, turned up with no reservation and was seated within 15 minutes. The girl on the door, who was allocating tables explained that the BBQ seating was full, so we opted for an outside fried food menu table. Probably got one of the...best tables with the best views. This place is popular and gets busy so don’t expect quick VIP service, the fruit tea drinks are good and inexpensive, we had to wait a long time for half a crispy chicken, but when it arrived it was worth waiting for, the portions for noodles and greens was big enough for two. This is a chill out place similar to Potato Head on Bali, background music as the sun goes down and Taipei lights up for the night. Paid the bill and the waiter ordered a taxi that arrived within five minutes.More

We soend the week end in Taipei with friends and decided we wanted a ‘nice view’ over the city for dinner time. After nearly 45min of taxi ride from the Gd Hyatt - we finally arrived in that place. Coming in 15min from our reservation...we had immediately an argument with the staff in order to get our pre reserved table - a VIP room with AC and best view. We opted finally for an outside table - much better then any of these ‘VIP room’ that look more like a cheap and doggy camping tent experience. Service was appalling - probably students that had no training nor service concepts. We finally ordered food that came in presented on plates that this time were really from the Camping kitchen. We did not venture into ‘fresh’ seafood rather stayed with cooked and fried dishes. Really not good - more fry then food on everything. The view is nice, the people around are not distinguished not chic by far. Suggest avoid and rather avoid the lengthy road.More

Went up to Yangmingshan to have dinner. But most restaurants are having long queue might be due to Saturday. Take the number and was told to wait for 45 minutes. But if intend to have table inside the glass wall or room, it is readily...available. Ordered hot pot and barbeque. The weather is cold with the wind blowing. As the night get darker, the view getting better.More

Location: fantastic night views with super nice weather in the evening. Food: kind of restriction on what to order depends on where your seats are, ie outdoor: only stir fried, indoor: only western and BBQ, seats limited our food choice.

The night view of Taipei from this establishment is priceless. The dining tent we were in was very comfortable and they serve good Taiwanese cuisine. A wonderful and exhilarating experience each time.

It’s a must go if you’re in Taipei. Located In Yangming mountain, takes about 30-40 Mins by taxi from 101. Best views of the city and awesome food. Decor is inspired by Bali. Weekend are crazy busy. They don’t take reservations after 6pm. And we...waited over an hour to get our table. But totally worth it.More

Nicely laid out terrace with great views of the city. As other reviews said food and drink is mediocre. Staff generally seemed not to want to be there or to want us to be there. The minimum spend wants pointed out to us so many...times it was borderline insulting. The staff agreed to order us a taxi, but pointed out that we must first pay the bill for the food, and then actually forgot to order it. Won't be rushing back there.More

Very nice view restaurant with the good food and good drinks. I’ve been there with my boyfriend, it was really a great time to had a late night meal and few drinks. You have to order at least 320 NTD/ person. There’s no credit card...accepted. And if you don’t have a car or scooter, a taxi or Uber are a good choice to go there. Ps. Make a reservation if you don’t want to wait for an hour!More

This the second time be The Top. I think that must visit here when traveling to Taipei. Nice view with yummy foods, of coz there’re different areas serve different style dishes. I’m always like to sit at outside sofa area. This time I come with...my mom, she’s not good for walking down the stairs. Her health is getting bad, I’m very sorry for this arrangement. I’m not attentive to think about it. Even though that, I’m very I’m glad to bring her here......it might the her first & last time to have dinner here.More
