Pizzas tiny and extremely expensive. Factory made and just heated on site. Pasta that should be creamy tasted watery

We appreciated the pasta and serenity of the patio at the end of the busy street. Prices were not cheap given that this area overall is more than anywhere else we went in Taiwan but the service was good and it was a pleasant lunch.
Overpriced pre-made (frozen!) pizzas for about €6. Tiny (15cm in diameter). And they definitely tasted like re-heated, frozen pizzas. Supermarket style.
很遺憾您不滿意們我們的手工pizza, 我們有6" pizza / NT150,10" pizza/ NT320。 謝謝您的蒞臨。
My family was Starnes when we showed up. They said we could sit down but it would take 40 minutes to get our food. We waited at a table where people had left but the dirty dishes were still sitting there. I asked them if...they could clean it up and they did. The flies drive us nuts. I do t know if it’s because we were at the table nearest to the restrooms or what but I couldn’t stand it. The waffles the kids ordered were good. I ordered the chicken, fish and fries platter and the fries were good but the rest was awful. I couldn’t eat it. The view is good! The girls working there were pleasant but the food wasn’t up to par.More
Loved this little café, which offers a good selection of beverages, as well as pizza and waffles. Great for a light bite, or just to enjoy a cup of tea; their Hot Sweet Osmanthus Tea is amazing!
Though a little pricy, you can enjoy a lovely fruit tea or snack while overlooking gorgeous Sun Moon Lake. The setting is everything.
I didn’t have anything to eat, but the hot rose tea and the cold honey green tea were both delicious. Good view of the lake, too!
I had lunch overlooking Sun Moon Lake and it was fantastic. While you sit at a table you order up at the bar. The service otherwise is impeccable and very attentive. There are flashier places on the street but this place is solid.
The scenery view is very nice from the restaurant. Shaded and nice breeze Food was average, but nice if you are craving american food. Service is prompt and friendly
The food was below average at best. The best part was the coca cola to drink. The pizza came with corn on it which is always bad.
I had a wonderful lunch here. The food was good, the staff was nice and the wifi worked. What more can you wish for?
It's not the best food you've ever tasted but the outdoor cafe setting was quite nice. Would return next time for juice/tea/coffee only.
Nice atmosphere, friendly customer service. My wife, picky 2yo and I were all able to get a decent meal. Most of the foods are fried or breaded, so don't go if you're being health conscious. The pizza was surprisingly decent, the waffles were pretty standard...and the seafood was pretty good. Not going to stretch the wallet either..More
Coffee, lattes, selection of teas etc. Pasta, pizza, fried foods. Waffles, ice cream. Lattes are 140 but huge, like Starbucks venti size. (No choice for anything smaller.) Lunch combos around 300-350 include pasta/ risotto, soup and tea. Vegetarian option: mushroom risotto. Nothing vegan, as far...as I could tell. Food is nothing amazing, but the view of the busy pier, lake and mountains is lovely. A great cafe to write those postcards, trip advisor reviews, or just relax during the day. As with most things, avoid peak times to get the best experience :)More
We visited this place for lunch after days of Chinese food. The view is great from the restaurant but the food is plain. Recommended for afternoon tea and coffee.
