This small, busy and tasty location should be on your Tokyo visit list.
Even though there is usually a wait, they take your order while you are on the sidewalk and it arrives when you are seated. Amazing coordination and timing.
The small menu offers wonderful noodles in a delicious broth. So tasty amazing and makes you a happy camper!

Not only Overseas Tourist, but even locals patron this place like there is no other better Ramen restaurant in Tokyo and I understand why. This place serves the best ramen I have ever tasted even comparable to those of with The Michelin Star restaurants. Trust me! You won’t regret it.

Ippudo Ramen Restaurant in Ginza is a must-visit for ramen lovers. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and the staff are friendly and attentive. The ramen is delicious, with a variety of flavors to choose from. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the noodles are cooked to perfection. The toppings are fresh and flavorful, and the portions are generous. The prices are reasonable, and the restaurant offers a variety of side dishes and drinks. Overall, Ippudo Ramen Restaurant in Ginza is a great place to enjoy a delicious bowl of ramen. The atmosphere is inviting and the food is delicious. Highly recommended!

Small unassuming branch with a small nameplate on the side of the door. I would have missed it except that I doubled back upon seeing it packed full of people. I helped myself to the free spicy bean sprouts - it was deliciously addictive and I had to stop myself from giving myself a third helping! The ramen broth and pork chasu all tasted better as compared to their overseas branches. Well worth the price.

Worth the 30min queue after a long flight!
I am ramen novice but this tasted as good as it can get for my basic Japanese taste buds - with extra pork and boiled egg with some gooey dumplings on the side.
The Japanese beer was served in a frosted glass and thus icily refreshing as was the iced complementary tea (lapsang-smokey).
Nicely tucked away from the main road too with a shorter queue than some of the starred places nearby.

They found a table for us with no booking required. The Raman choices were many and we ordered the original version which was tasty and arrived very quickly. Had the gyozas with the meal. Top stuff. With beer great meal. Must go in Ginza.

I originally wanted to go to the same place where Guan Xiaotong had ramen, but I was afraid of long queues. Instead, we ordered a special white ring ramen, a special red ring ramen, and a plate of pan-fried dumplings. Each bowl of ramen had an extra soft-boiled egg, but we couldn't finish it because the portions were too large. The broth was very flavorful. The pan-fried dumplings were exceptionally tender with juicy meat filling, though the bottoms weren't crispy, they were still delicious.
By the time we were halfway through our meal, a long queue had formed outside. I translated the restaurant's Chinese menu for friends who needed it.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed eating here three times over the course of 10 days. The restaurant was rather small but people do not linger so if the line looks rather long outside, it may not take that long.
There were long counters with stools for people to sit. Food was ordered on a screen with English being available. Within 10 minutes, the food was delivered.
I always ordered a version of the Akamaru ramen soup and an order of 10 gyozas. The gyozas were small and simply delicious.
Credit cards were accepted.

Ordering from a tablet where ‘English’ can be selected takes some of the stress away. Menu is quite limited compared to say Wagamama in the UK but the offering is tasty. Neither of us is very proficient with chopsticks and so it was quite a challenge, something I hadn’t considered. Good to see carafes of drinking water on the tables.
Extremely good value for money.

we heard good things about this place and that people compare it to ichiran so we decided to try it out. we waited for a while since there was a line but staff kept it moving very efficiently.
i tried the spicy tonkotsu ramen and enjoyed it. it wasn’t as spicy as i had expected it to be.

We had to wait 30 minutes for a live line to get to this place, but it was worth it. The ramen is delicious here with rich broth, a big portion. Also tried fried gedza 🥟 first ordered one portion, then the second as they were incredible. I'd love to go back to this place again.

Great ramen restaurant, only serving pork. We had a short wait, 15 mins outside for table space. There’s a fast turnaround, and the wait is worth it. All our food was delicious, tho when it says spicy they mean it. Delicious broth, good gyoza, prices very reasonable. Service is efficient, fast and friendly.

There was once a time when I wanted to do pre med and I was majoring in neuroscience!! I then realized I would have to take a lot of science and math and then my brain would get overworked and explode!! I am not going to do it and I may just be lazy and watch Untold Stories of the ER which is actually one of my favorite shows!! I am going on this rant because I was thinking about blood types and I said ichiran is my ramen lifeblood but this is a different type of lifeblood!! I happened to go to Ippudo in NY in May 2017 and I decided to come back!! I was being extra and going to the Sony store in Ginza and looking at a robot dog and then I came here to get my ramen!! It was unbelievable and the gyozas were the best ones I’ve had in Japan!! It brought joy to my soul and so you all should come here!!

Ippudo is easily a top 2 ramen for me, maybe #1. This location is only a few blocks away from many of the hotels in Ginza, as well as the main shopping area. There is usually a line, but I don't think I ever waited more than 5 minutes. They are pretty efficient. You order on an iPad with an English menu, so it is easy.

We were still looking for a place where you can eat very good ramen. The restaurant is a bit hidden and we had to wait a minute, which was worth it. The food was excellent and so was the quality. Unfortunately, it is no longer an insider tip because it had more Western (American) guests. Otherwise everything was great.
