Not a fan of thick creamy cheesecake but Rikuro's Cheesecake is really good! Light, fluffy and jiggly, the addition of raisins to the cheesecake was the best combination! We purchased 1 for takeaway only and it was not enough as the whole cake got polished...off that same day! A must try dessert when in Osaka! ☺More

Yummy goodness in Osaka! Different than cheesecake we are used to, but delicious. Picked one up and ate it on the spot with a cup of coffee.

The famous Japanese fluffy cheesecake that we’ve all seen jiggling on Instagram! The consistency is great and the sweetness is perfectly balanced. You can order the whole cake to go or sit in the tea room where you can get it paired with tea or...coffee (though the 1/6+tea set is more expensive than the whole cake).More

Fluffy, creamy, interesting texture, a great experience!!! Something everyone should try when visiting Osaka!! Get inside if you don't mind having a two hour old cake, or wait in the line to hear the bell if you want it hot.

I mean I wouldn’t call it a cheescake, it’s more like a cheesy chiffon cake. To be honest it really tasted more like a fluffy omelette to me. My companions really liked it though. For less than 1000Yen, it really is big enough to feed...4-6 people so it isn’t a abd snack. Buy it outside so it’s fresher and warmer, the line goes really fast so be patient. It’s okay to try if you’re in the area, but if you are expecting cheesecake then you’d be disappointed.More

The cake has well enough a fun fluffy and jiggly texture, and very light to consume....but, it is NOT a cheesecake! Not a shred of a piece had a cheese flavor. It tasted all throughout of egg whites. So more a jiggly egg cake -...should be the advertisement.More

Not the best cheesecake in the world, but still a woth trying. After it went viral with the jiggling cheesecake, it gets crowded very easily. Although, they are very organized with the lines. Wait only a few minutes if you want to get a steaming...fresh cheesecake.More

We heard about this cheese cake and looked for it. It was great. Fluffy. Not too sweet. Tasty. Enjoyed it very much.

Walked past the first time and the queue was long. Decided to go back the following day and there was a longer queue. We noticed there were two lines, one to wait for a fresh batch and the other for cheesecakes already cooked. We got...a cheesecake that was already cooked as there was no line. We were able to eat inside and we devoured the entire cheesecake between the four of us. It was light, fluffy and tasty. I love cheesecake and have tried many in different parts of the world. This cheesecake ranks with the best I’ve tasted, just the right amount of cheese and I didn’t find it eggy at all.More

We've seen this place on TV and the wiggly "cheesecakes" do not disappoint visually. Why on earth anyone would put raisins in this confounds me to no end. It is super light and fluffy but to me tasted more like an airy angel food cake....The cheese flavor was so subtle you almost missed it. I think it's fine but I would not go out of my way for it again.More

BLEHHH... something disgusting! It's not cheesecake, it's an omelette. Is this the best "cheesecake" in Osaka? I don't want to know what other "cheesecakes" taste like. !!!WARNING!!! It's an omelette, not a cheesecake!!!

Having read about these cheesecakes we were keen to give them a go. We couldn’t work out where or how to order a slice so just got a full one hot freshly made. Very tasty, so light and fluffy, we ate far too much! But...so tasty.More

Hi, I went to one of the stores in osaka few month ago when I went to japan. Tell the truth I wasn't in my best behavior, and I was sad that I could go in to have peace of cack instead of whole cacke....But you know what? I got a whole cacke and I am not regretting it at all. On top of that I should say I am sorry for not being completely polite that. But let's talk about cacke , store and staff. When you stay in the line, you see small store. Open concept.so you can see all the detail , of staff are doing. Really, I enjoy this part the most ( but not as much as the test of cacke) Staff work really fast with smile . I loved it. You can be on the phone and stay behind in the line, but there us a really nice polite person will remind you to move. Ahh, did I said with smile??? Yes with the a nice smile. He even answer all questions as much as he can . He would even go and ask other staff if he doesn't know. I mentioned I couldn't get one peace because I was late for few min. But tealktmy the whole cake made me speech less. All I want to say was that day my weird mood ( WHAT EVER IT CAUSED IT)change after I left that store. Thank you so much for your service and thank you for the dessert.More

Amazing cheesecake, we had the cheesecake inside the store and the experience was so good. When you get the whole cheesecake (we shared in 3, ideal to eat a lot, you will want it) they ring the bells while bring it to you, just amazing....I’ve been looking for a cheesecake like that in Tokyo and couldn’t find so far!More

The cake is big and the price is good (725 yen); as I wrote in the object it is very soft and light. Try it! NB: it’s a cheese cake but it’s not the classical one you already know

They are in soft card boxes and are quite fragile. Not sure if they'll survive the trip back even if you're careful, as the shelf life is also short since it's made fresh and probably without any preservative.

It's only you can buy in Osaka prefecture. If you have a plan to visit Kyoto,Osaka is not so far. 15min by Shinkansen,even45min by JR. You could find “Rokuro-ojisan”shop in Osaka-station.
