I came here for a Sunday lunch with me and my 8 friends, absolutely amazing service; pleasant staff and beautiful food!! New management have well and truly turned this place around! 10 stars!! x

I ordered burger and chips and a pizza and chips for my young grandson the burger was like rubber the pizza base was hard and the chips completely inedible never going back for food

We came here on Sunday for tea, first of all we ordered 2 Sunday carverys and a curry. They had stopped serving the carvery and they had no curry. They also told us they had no T-bone and no burgers. Firstly, I hate to leave a bad review but there is no sugar coating this place. My husband and I called in for some dinner on a Thursday evening and it was extremely quiet. Once again the Ferry has new management. This lovely old hotel has been through the mill, our Victorian ancestors would turn in their graves at the turnover of staff over the years. Just asked for a refund and left after waiting over a hour for 2 meals. They had also ran out of many items on the menu and ran out of many drinks. There was 15 empty tables so not even that busy. I used to like going here but never again . I will not recommend this place and will... More
