We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Sunset B. My boyfriend has Celiac disease and cannot eat gluten, and when we asked our server if there was anything he'd be able to eat (because they have just a handful of items on the menu each...day, all thoughtfully created), Michel ran out and excitedly told us that he'd overheard us and that he'd be delighted to accommodate. They were exceptionally careful in ensuring my boyfriend would get a delicious meal that he'd feel safe eating, and they even went above and beyond to customize the dish a bit for him. He had a delicious Sicilian-style porkchop, and I had pasta with goat cheese and prosciutto (so good!). We each had some rum and fruit juice cocktails that are dangerously everywhere in Gwada, and we shared a fantastic passion fruit panna cotta for dessert. The ambiance was great (we sat outside on the deck? porch? area), and the experience couldn't have been more lovely. I'd recommend highly regardless of the food allergy piece, but they were so caring in going the extra mile for them that we almost went back for all of our other meals in Bouillante :) Thanks, Sunset B! We were on our last night at Guadeloupe 20 min before starting kitchen. First tastefull plantain cocktail in the garden with sundown. After that we got a table for 2 inside. We didn't make a reservation, but is was no problem. Salad, with smoked fish...and duck breast, tasty. Sweet water shrimps very good with ginger and garlic! And we took the homemade calleloni. Also nice. A espresso and a dessert for my wife. Great food and ambiance. Service great and the staff very friendly. Definitely recommended, we would come back.More

It ain’t easy for 2 vegetarians in Guadeloupe to find something to eat that doesn’t involve goat’s cheese, but we certainly succeeded here. The vegetarian option of the day (courgette flan with ricotta polenta) was flavourful, plenty and surprising, we could taste the care with...which it was made and there was a lot of attention to detail in the presentation as well. The dessert menu also looked promising, but we couldn’t possibly eat anything more, so we regretfully had to decline. A good reason to return!More

The menu is limited but it was great! They also speak English, and the ambience was great. However, two out of three times we tried to go there, we saw it closed during opening hours.

Dinner at Sunset B. is very special. Everyday there is a different menu with at least 5 choices. The plates are special and delicious. They really take dining to the next level. Staff is very helpful and they speak english. This restaurant is highly recommended.

The menu-choices were very small but: thats what made it perfect. Not a big menu-card but what they cooked, they cooked it with love. it had that special "something". we ate veggie-burgers and for dessert a very tasty cheesecake! for our last evening in guadeloupe...- the absolutely best choice. the service was great: humble, nice, they speak good english (rare in guadeloupe). We were the only customers, so that put a damper on everything. Food was good, Creole style. Service was friendly and good, prices were low. I imagine the sunset is beautiful if you are there at the right time, we got there after dark. I...imagine that it is a hopping place other evenings and a lot of fun.More

What a treasure this place is! Found it driving by and immediately fell in love with the outdoor garden setting, once the food arrived it was pure delight! Healthy, local and inspired cooking. We ate here 2x in 3 days, they were closed the other...day...Highly recommended!More

We stopped at Sunset B for dinner as we were hungry and had a really nice surprise. They offer two daily dishes, one with meat and one with fish. My boyfriend loved the tuna steak they had that day! As I am a vegetarian, I...was a bit scared to end up with salad, but they came up with a really nice vegetarian mixed dish.
