Breakfast and the service were just okay, we expected more for taste and variety for a 5 star international hotel in Bali. However, a la carte dinner was superb with tasty food and great service (probably due to smaller number of people compared to breakfast)....Place and view are good too.More

The food is excellent. The bar tender, Suparmadt Suarsana is supurb, living up to the Conrad's standards. The service is wonderful--Dayu exceeds expectations. The venue and the view are special. A must for you!

I enjoyed dining at Suku restaurant, daily, during my 10 day stay. The staff in the restaurant is amazing.. The kitchen help and line cooks, wait staff and floor management are all impeccable. Every morning, sincere greetings and smiles. The fresh fruit juices and array...of fresh fruit salads, Noodles, yogurts and other goodies are incredible. Fresh pastries, hot foods like nasi Goreng, bacon, sausage, eggs cooked to order with omelets.. Eggs Benedict and other specialties available on a special menu at no charge.. Indian, Japanese, Vegetarian foods widely available.. The service is very personal with a variety of coffees teas and hot drinks available. A highlight of my stay.More

This is the breakfast restaurant for Conrad Nusa Dua. Staff are amazing and food choices are excellent although it can be very very busy for breakfast so get there early. Lunch menu is vast and tasty with both traditional meals and western food. My daughter...said it was the best pizza she’s eaten. Dinner menu is same as lunch but as I mentioned it is vast and spoilt for choice. We had Singapore noodles, Nasi goreng. Singapore noodles, burgers and satay. All delicious and good prices.More

We recently had dinner at Suku at the Conrad Bali. Not surprisingly, for a 5-star dining room, the room is a big space with all tables having appropriate privacy. It is more railway station than intimate but still a pleasant space. Suku claims "innovative cuisine...created using a delicious mix of Balinese, Indonesian and Asian flavors". This isn't an unreasonable claim, but the menu is a little broader than just Asian fare. The (by the glass) wine list was compact but ample. We settled on a Kiwi sav blanc and an Italian chardonnay. Both were excellent. For entree we shared a Vietnamese rice paper roll (1 roll per serve was a little light considering the prices). For mains, I had beef rendang and she had nasi goreng with beef satay. Both dishes were presented well. I have no complaints with my rendang but I had recently tasted better flavours in local warungs. My wife found the deconstructed Asian flavoured desert, especially the tapioca and red bean, was excellent in both presentation and taste. It reminded her of good experiences in China. I played safe with an affogato. I'm not sure if the hotel would rate Suku as 'fine dining' as they have two other options but in our judgement its pricing was similar to dining in capital cities in Oz. In almost 3 weeks in Bali this was our most expensive dinner by some margin. Whilst I accept it was a personal choice to outlay AUD $20 for a glass of chardonnay, apart from the pleasant and unobtrusive staff, I had hoped our experience would have been more memorable.More

Overseen by Executive Chef, Benoit, the morning delights are cooked to order and delivered with a smile. The huge room is necessary to accommodate the varieties of fruit, nuts, food, freshly cooked bread and bakeries, grilled tomatoes, sauteed mushroom and made to order main dishes....If you miss this extravaganza, it will be to your detriment.More
