Not positive but I think the locals got another menu with specials on it. Not sure if it was an honest mistake or on purpose. When I arrived we were told they had fresh wahoo but it was out 2 minutes later when we ordered. I had the barracuda it was just ok. Not as good as some of the... More

We had an absolutely delicious meal here, fresh fish just caught that morning.....Someday we would love to go on one of their charters and catch our own. Third visit to this restaurant, and we have always been pleased.

We've been coming to island for more than 20 years... Driftwood has always been a reliable Great dinner. It is not fine dining, but it's a must go to.

The fish was fresh and the service good. However, for the price there are a lot better options on the island. the coconut shrimp was fair by aruba standards. The mahi mani was fresh and well done. The side with pumpkin in vegtables was good

Driftwood is a must in Aruba. Spend a day in Oranjestad and end it with fresh seafood. Try the fish soup, catch of the day, and sangria.

I like Driftwood and was hoping for a great experience. 4 for dinner, fun atmosphere just seemed rushed. I wanted blackened fish and asked between snapper and barracuda.Waiter said barracuda but came out baked not blackened and dry. Just a lack of communication I guess.Other 3 meals were fine.

My husband had the barracuda which was fresh that day. He liked it a lot. I had seafood chowder and scallops. It was good, better than others I had on the island. The "jumbo" scallops were tiny but they brought me a second serving which more than made up for it.

We were a bit disappointed after so many recommended this restaurant. It wasn't really any more unique than the chain restaurant Red Lobster. The food was just average.

The food was the best that we had while on the Island. service was great, drinks were great. It is a bit pricey but well worth the money. not a huge place so make reservations.

The fish was fresh and delicious. My wife doesn't eat seafood and there were plenty of options for her. She enjoyed the filet mignon. The place looked nice with pieces of driftwood used as wall decor. Wait staff was plentiful and service was ok. Fairly attentive until the last 10 minutes of our meal when a large party arrived.
