I ate in the restaurant as I read many of the reviews and dispelled the heat and wait time as this is no fault of the owners, more the environment and popularity of the place. I have to say the food was fantastic, service warm and friendly and in regards eating the local food a great example of the islands... More

Here we are approaching Thanksgiving and the meal at Brown Sugar still lingers on my tastebuds. Our "party of many" was quieted by our enjoyment of local seafood menu offerings that was shared by the table. The only disappointment was the flying fish; perhaps overcooked or too heavily seasoned. An other than expected location and layout. Located off the main... More

Had a lovely dinner here. Our server Maria was attentive and friendly. The food was really delicious. We had the coo coo and flying fish (national dish), the avocado and shrimp salad and curry lamb. Best of all was the bread pudding with the nicest rum sauce we have ever tasted. Very short walk from the Hilton or Radisson.

This was the best sit down restaurant we have eaten at since arriving. And it was right down from our hotel. The wait seemed to be a Little long but the taste was worth it

Not one for poor reviews as I like to share good things not bad but had to warn others what they might expect. On entering this restaurant we had high expectations as it is very well presented and quite impressive. The maître d was a miserable chap who showed us to the table however the sever was a really nice... More

Very good food, great ambience. I loved it. The restaurant serves a fusion of Bajan and continental quisine which is lovingly prepared and served in a picturesque environment. The service is good too. Proximity to a number of upscale hotels means they are never short of patrons so be sure to call ahead and reserve a table.

A great restaurant to enjoy local options on food. Our group of 15 was patient, as the service was on "Island Time", but everyone enjoyed their meal. Be sure to call for reservations.

Was looking for authentic Bajan food. it is listed as 10 best authentic bajan food. I don't agree. It's more on the fine dining price range, smaller portion size..

If you want to sample of "local " Barbadian food do the lunch buffet. Bountiful assortment of local dishes at a reasonable price. Fill up on the buffet lunch, because the dessert offering is limited and uninspired with the exception of the bread pudding with rum sauce.
