Legend has it, Cuz who owns the shack fishes everyday for that juicy sword fish fillet. Can really experience what fresh fish taste like. Very simple: bread bun, lettuce (maybe a cheeky tomato), the fish (which varies everyday depending upon what he catches) and hot...More

Nothing special, I would not make it a point to stop here again. I just thought it was blan. I think it would be better if the bun was thinner.

This is a delightful light snack if you're on the go or just want to "stop a hole" as Bajans would say.

A must stop for lunch if in the area! Fresh marlin fish on a great roll- $5 US is a great bargain. Try to go early or a little later as there is a solid line over the lunch hour.

I always stop in for a Fish Cutter after scuba diving just down the beach. Fresh marlin on a fresh roll right off the grill! Always seems to be a line up but it does't take long and it's worth it!

Walked quite a long way especially to find Cuz's as it had been recommended to us. It's in the back of the car park between the Radisson & Hilton hotels. Very popular so a queue forms but goes down quickly. You can get a nice...More

I rarely come to Barbados without having a Fish Cutter here. It's very close to the Hilton hotel and is extremely popular. They only do the one thing... with or without cheese! Personally I'm not as excited about these fish sandwiches as most other people...More
