Good restaurent full all the time. Generous portions and tasty. Good wine and beer selection. Appetizer are big!

I came here and was totally surprised a fabulous restaurant and deserves 5 stars we both started with egg plant parmigiana seriously the best ever. Second I spaghetti bolognaisse also superb. This was such a great find. The food tasted fresh and intentionally prepared. The atmosphere is clean. The service was the best we have had in the Dominican. Can't wait to go again.

I have been coming to this place for the past two and a half years, today we had an issue with our check and even after speaking with mama Luisa she was not able to correct the issue. very disappointing, I had been referring this...place to several of my coworkers and I was a loyal customer for the past two years, sadly because our poor experience this was the last time we visit this restaurant.More

Mamma Luisa is delightful and her food is excellent! We loved our meal and meeting Mamma and the pasta was superb!

I just invested in the Punta Cana area. Visited Punta Cana village and visited this Italian restaurant twice and it's the best I tasted in this area! Very nice decor felt like I was in Sicily! Food was great and the ambiance is so sexy!

Our 4th visit (in 2 months) to Mamma Luisa should explain why we rate this exceptional Trattoria. Food is always excellent and service is very attentive. Situated in Punta Cana Village (opposite Punta Cana airport)…for easy quick access, park as close to the (one way...system) entrance. Have now tried a variety of pasta dishes and have never been disappointed. Prices are reasonable considering the upmarket location. No pizza (maybe because it's a traditional trattoria?) on the menu…nevertheless, for picky eaters, they (generously) allow you to bring one over from the nearby (national chain) pizza restaurant. Covid protocols are clearly followed…(indoor & outdoor) tables are well placed apart, hand sanitiser offered and servers wearing their masks.More

Most of our nights in the DR we went to local restaurants that showcased the culture and food of the DR, but because Bar Trattoria had been so recommended so many times, we decided why not do Italian one night? We were blown away, our...waiter was hilarious and knew the menu top to bottom and suggested some great dishes. We noticed all types of groups at the restaurant, families, couples, younger, older, its a good spot for anyone and everyone.More

We truly loved this place! It was recommended by a friend who used to work in the DR and it did not disappoint! We had sangria and pasta dishes both visits and tried the carpaccio as well. Everything was amazing! On one visit we also...had the tiramisu! Actually my husband got it both times now that I think about it. People have complained about the pricing but I think it’s very comparable to what you get in the area. Take an Uber as the taxis are a complete ripoff. And say hi to Mama Luisa who checked in with us during both visits. We’d go back now if we could. Hoping to get there again one day.More

Nice neighborhood feel, but average Italian food. They could use some updating. Dishes are very typical for an Italian restaurant but they should change up the menu

The food is just ok, the ambiance is pleasant, the service is good and the prices are too high. I think 200 $ is too much for 2 pastas, 2 risottos, one appetizer and a few drinks. So all in all ok, but I’m not...going back there.More
