Over the past years, we have dined at Montserrat a few times while staying at the Hard Rock Punta Cana. Our past exeriences have been good, but, nothing spectacular.... THIS time though, now under NEW management, the Chef and staff have really added an extra...specail touch to the atmosphere and service, and the food was amazing!! We liked it so much, we returned for a second time! Special thanks to Hostess Yenny, who was professional and personable; and to our wonderful Servers Fabio, Francisco, Carlos, David and Jose. They made both nights really special! Note: This is above and beyond the all inclusive of the HRPC, but VERY well worth it for a special night of dining!More
