I booked a seat at the table for my wife, and I's 25th anniversary on 12 July 2019. I thought it would be fun, and romantic, however, on the 17th I got a message from Paypal that the $325.00 I paid had been returned to...my acount, No explanations. I frantically emailed the site trying to get an explanation, but they still have NOT responded 8 days later. Whoever manages this operation should be fired! This is an utterly disgusting act. If not for Paypal I would have shown up to surprise my wife, only to be surprised myself by our cancelled reservation. I also refer to "morganab126" who unfortunately had their proposal up ended by a cancelled reservation even though they booked at the hotel, and had it in writing. Sad! YOU CANNOT CONTINUE TO OPERATE LIKE THIS!More

I want to report about the terrible experience that my boyfriend and I had at "Dinner In The Sky" located at the Hard Rock Hotel in Punta Cana - Dominican Republic. On June 22, 2019, we booked the dinner for 2 pax for June 23...(Sunday) with the seller that was inside the structure of the hotel hard rock, specifically in the pool "Guitar Pool". It was a commemorative date for me and my boyfriend. We arrived at Dinner in the Sky at 5:00 PM local time and the attendant named HASSAN informed us that our reservation was wrong, claiming it was for the 24th. I showed the voucher to him, booked for June 23rd (Sunday) and he gave no importance to us, said he had no vacancy and could not do anything. Extremely rude. He was mocking the situation and didnt even apologize for the misunderstanding. It was a special dinner for us. A proposal dinner. We had to wait for an hour so we could get our money back, while everybody was dinning we had to wait and it was extremely embarrassing. I spent a year planning this trip and had this terrible experience with a rude attendant that make me cry with his attitude. I do understand that misunderstanding happens but we were treated like trash and for this has no excuses.More

It's hard to describe just how great of an experience I had dinning with Dinner in the Sky Punta Cana! From the moment you check-in, the friendly staff ensures you are taken care of and enjoying yourself throughout the entire experience. The food was fresh...and delicious - I was really impressed with how the staff served a phenomenal multiple course meal with cocktails so high up, all the while playing fun music and creating an incredible ambiance in the sky. The set up of the seat, straps and table were extremely secure and made me feel safe, which really allowed me to relax and take in the incredible view. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Dominican Republic and can't wait to return soon. Hands down best dining experience of my life!More

Words can't describe how amazing this experience was for me! From arrival to departure, the service was phenomenal. My family arrived about 30 minutes before dinner. There was a free, open bar with comfy lounge furniture. There was also a photographer to capture every moment....I prepaid for a printed photo, but I ended up buying the package that included all the photos the photographer captured sent via email for $60. I wish I would have let the photographer take more photos. The food was amazing! It was three courses with wine. The views were breathtaking. I went during dinner and thoroughly enjoyed it because I got to enjoy the sunset (although I think the option earlier in the day are more popular). I can't wait to do this again in another country. Yes, it's offered in multiple countries.More

This is an experience you have to do! I am scared of heights but with how you are strapped in, I felt so secure, just made sure to look out and not down. The food was great and the staff were super. I would recommend...this to everyone.More
