Bamboo Restaurant at Tortuga Bay Resort was wonderful. The food was incredible……service was even better!! I enjoyed every meal seeing how it would be served….just the different dinnerware was a treat to see. Every service member at this restaurant was so friendly and knew you...by name. The rack of lamb and tomato grape salad were such a treat….Breakfast in the morning was a wonderful way to start the day. This is an abolsoltley phenomenal experience. The food is fresh, local, and homemade from scratch. I am gluten free and vegan and they made sure to accommodate all of my needs and went above and beyond crafting meals that I could eat. It was the...freshest and most delicious food. The service is exceptional - every single staff member was passionate, so nice, and wanted to provide an experience that was out of this world. It's the best service I have had in my life. I’ve been to this restaurant for brunch, dinner, drinks, and coffee. The food is phenomenal, the drinks are amazing, and the staff is wonderful (especially Eli). Highly recommend coming here at any hour of the day.
The breakfast is delicious (the fruit! The cheese plate! Amazing!). And the staff could not be nicer, they’re so attentive and kind. Just be prepared to stay for a long time, breakfast is leisurely. It’s not a place for a quick bite, our breakfasts took...anywhere from 1 to 2 hours. You have to slow down and relax and enjoy it!More

I had breakfast and dinner here for the lenght of my stay in the hotel and I had an amazing experince every single day. The staff is especially nice,they are very attentive to every need that one might have and are always making conversation with...the guests. For the food they have a seleccion of fish, meat and dominican dishes. All the food is well prepared, fresh and really tasty. I recommend having the dominican dishes since they are local and have a interesting combination of diferent flavours. They also offer vegan an gluten free options. Overall I would say this is a five stars service, staff and food making my stay in punta cana much better.More
