A perfect bookend to a round of golf, The Grill is conveniently located at La Cana Golf & Beach Club. The Grill is the ideal destination for modern healthy and exciting beachfront lunch or dinner eatery. If you prefer lighter o have special needs, we serve a wide variety of organic farm-to-table options. Please don’t hesitate in asking our staff for dishes of the day or the chef's suggestions Reservations required for evenings. Hours: Monday and Thursday | 5:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday | will be closed. Friday through Sunday | 10:00 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.

Service top notch
Views while you dine are beautiful
Food. Excellent. Everything we had from presentation to quality and freshness. Hot food was HOT cold food cold
The starter of plaintan chips were a nice touch
Drinks so tasty Passion fruit pina colada ( incredible , no fake syrup used here )
Dessert. We had the brownie with vanilla ice cream. Hot brownie. So so good
Only took a picture of Asian chicken salad. And chicken breast ( boyfriend wanted rice instead of the grain salad it was supposed to come with ) so they accommodated that.

Jorge Elena Gustavo and Emmanuel was excellent with the service. They took the time to explain the menu and on top of that made this the best birthday ever. Lobster was fresh, the paella was flavorful and also gave us some amazing samples of ceviche to try and the atmosphere was top notch. They sang happy birthday to me with a great slice of cheesecake with fresh fruit and it was 2 thumbs up. If you are visiting the area, hands down is a must come to. Ask for Jorge and Emmanuel

We’ve visited The Grill during our too lasts vacation and we’ve been very happy with the attention, service and of course food of The Grill. Emmanuel is the kind of person that makes you fills at home with his dedication in his labor. Can’t wait to visit again before the end of the year.

The service at Las Canas, Grill and Mare, is just amazing. The people there are always happy and are incredibly helpful. The menu is great and the kitchen know what they are doing. Chef Santiago is the warmest most helpful person you could meet and his staff reflects that. I have had off-menu cravings or requests and the kitchen has gladly accommodated me, no questions asked. Add to that a great beach and pool area, and whats not to love. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed dinner at this restaurant. Staff were pleasant and attentive. We were warmly greeted and accompanied to our table for our 7pm reservation. Passion fruit mojito and Cosmopolitan cocktails were a great start. Wine selections are adequate to meet most preferences. Roasted beets and arugula salads were fresh and delicious. Beef tenderloin and rib eye were cooked as we requested. Both were tender and juicy. Chocolate ganache was a great choice to end the meal. Portions were just right. Service was outstanding. Staff checked with us throughout dinner to make sure things were ok. A great place for good food, drinks and live music. Awesome views of the golf course and the sea. Reservations are required.

We came here only with the expectation of a great Resort as Punta Cana Resort and Club . A party of 17 guests including kids and everything was so smooth and friendly. The food was great, they knew exactly what we wanted and provided beyond expectations. We are owners in the Resort and our friends were mesmerized by the service and food quality. Thank you The Grill , Punta Cana and the team , specially Arismendi , for the unforgettable time.

Once again, I have had the opportunity to enjoy personalized service and excellent food from Chef Santiago and his incredible team. Although today we were basic and ordered a salad and wood-fired pizzas, the experience was magnificent, all prepared by Santiago himself and exceptional attention from our server Arismendi. Every time I have the opportunity to visit The Grill Restaurant, I enjoy Santiago's creativity and personal style reflected in each dish with a wink to the Mediterranean. 5 stars as always for them.

This gem of a restaurant is located at the La Cana Clubhouse on the grounds of the original Punta Cana Resort (we learned online that these folks and Club Med are the original Punta Cana resorts and the reason for the existence of every other resort in the area). Our group of 14, which can be a challenge for many restaurants due to our size, was warmly greeted by the hospitable staff. Although it seems like there was team of staff taking care of us at times, Angel was our primary server. He smiled all the time! And it was a genuine warmth that tells you how happy he was to work there and be of service to guests. He kept the food coming, the beverage glasses full, and anticipated our group's needs better than any other server we had in the DR during our trip.
Chef Santiago Salamanca and his team put together an incredible spread for us, offering "family style" service to our group. First came the drinks, both water and then passion fruit cocktails with a touch of ginger. They were colorful and tasted incredibly fresh. Next came wave after wave of appetizers. There were so many I lost count! There was chips with salsa and guacamole. Then they brought ceviche, calamari, tuna, mini chicken tenders, fried yuca, and fried pork. Everything was served in beautiful family-style copper bowls. Then came beet salad and pasta. When we thought there could not be another square inch of table space left, they brought out delicious flatbread pizzas. At that point, we had all felt like we had eaten a meal and a half already when chef stopped by and reminded us that these were just the appetizers! Our entrees were sweet and spicy ribs that almost fell off the bone they were so tender, braised white fish, sauteed chicken, crispy potatoes with garlic, vegetables, etc. This is what I can remember... there may have been more! By the time we were done, many of us felt like we were in a food coma, just staring into the sky or at the beautiful Caribbean Sea next to us. Finally, the culinary team brought us peit fours desserts, one that was a lemon cake and the other a passion fruit bread pudding. None of us had any room left in our stomachs but we could not say no either... everything else was so good we had to try these as well. And they did not disappoint! This was a lunch that could have easily passed for two dinners... Five star food and service with a view that is second to none!

A really pleasant surprise. This restaurant is largely outdoors facing the beach and is a beautiful setting. What was especially surprising was the quality and upscale nature of the food. Never would have expected this from a beachfront resort restaurant. Service was attentive and excellent as well

When we arrived we were politely seated and were able to order right away. The food was great and the service was fabulous. Our waiter “Algenis Torres” was extremely friendly and even helped us with ordering in spanish. Overall a really nice and good experience.

The Best Burger in all the Caribbean! After tasting their excellent burgers prepared with USDA Prime meat.Their menu offers a fine selection of salads and Mediterranean style plates with cuts of meat,chicken and local fresh seafood...Today I’ve found that Chef Santiago also bakes the best Pizzas in town. I would like recommend The Grill to all my friends while visiting Punta Cana Resort and Club. Great place to relax after a day on the beach club pool or a date with someone special. Chef Santiago and all his staff will make it happen. Thank you again...We will come back!

Emmanuel was a great server; as were all the staff. Best Burritos in Punta Cana! Wonderful ambience; view of ocean and beach; always a cooling breeze. We rent at Punta Cana Resort every year and every year this is our favourite place for lunch!

We came in as a group of 14 but still, the service was superb. The food came out rapid-fire, in a family-style layout. More food than I have ever seen that wasn't on a buffet line. Every dish was delicious and plated beautifully. We had everything from beet salad, to pork ribs to pizza. We practically had to be rolled out at the end. The drink served to us was tasty and unique and the views, while you ate, were to die for. If you are looking for a place with wonderful service and somehow even more wonderful food, The Grill is the place to go to in Punta Cana.

The Grill was a great experience, delicioust food and the atmosphere is amazing. Highly recommended if you are looking for a family oriented place. Staff (specially wiater Jonathan Polanco) went the extra mille to make your experience even more delighfull.
