Les Apprentis was a surprise to find in a small popular marina surrounded by ordinary seafood restaurant catering to the french expats. Ambiance et food were excellent. Attention to detail in presentation was first rate. We ordered 2 different tuna dishes, both prepared with care. Tuna was outstanding. We also ordered 2 desserts, delicious. Strongly recommend
