A fantastic restaurant nestled in the center of the business district but away from the noise and the bustle. The food is excellent and the setting relaxing. have a drink by the bar while you wait on friends. Some nights there is live music under the ackee tree. Dont leave without having the bread pudding. Enjoy!!

Our directors were meeting in Kingston and visiting project sites up-country. So we made a dinner reservation here. Great bar service and broad Jamaican flavor food menu. Fabulous service all around. We went early and nearly had the place to ourselves. Bummer was that we left before the music began!

We read some great things about this place, we expected live music and great food (although we knew it was on the pricey side). What we got was a fairly empty restaurant, average food and no music. Not sure why they didn't have any on that night, but if you are going I would check first that it is on.... More

Great place to have a drink after work or have an intimate dinner. Live shows every week, very diverse crowd but more on the mature side. always good music.

The food is excellent, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere, with live music and historic artifacts from Jamaica's cultural history, is unmistakably Jamaican. Not to be missed. Try the stuffed shrimp and the bammy with ackee. And the cocktails are great too. I had the mojito and the margarita.

Excellent restaurant in a beautiful setting with a live music venue. The three seafood dish with pasta was amazing.

Two of my colleagues celebrated their birthdays recently and we chose this restaurant for the celebrations. The food was great: I had the callaloo strudel and the potato pudding as dessert. I was disappointed that there wasn't a vegetarian entree option on the lunch menu though. That's something they need to consider. The manager of the restaurant came over to... More

Good: - The service we had was excellent, though it was a slow night. It was a striking contrast to much of what I've come to expect from Jamaican indifferent service standards. Our hostess even took the time to bring juice samples to our designated driver and explain the fruits they came from, etc. - Cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages were... More

My 1st dining experience at Red Bones was not a memorable one as the menu choices was limited, wait time was long... and when the food finally came it was not very tasty or nicely hot?? Dim lighting and rustic setting with ample parking was a plus.. a few stage shows are held here when sidewalk parking is obvious..

My friend and I made a reservation at Red Bones during restaurant week. Firstly, the parking lot was completely full and we had to leave our cars on the road. I didn't like this. Then, our reservation was made the night before and my friend called the restaurant twice before we got there but when we got there and a... More

During Restaurant Week we require reservations. I was the person dealing with reservations and seating that evening and unfortunately was unable to locate a reservation in your name. As is customary, we offered both you and your guest a seat by the bar while we tried to organize seating, however this was not accepted. Within short order we were able... More
