We were staying at the Jamaica Inn, which is excellent, so wanted to have a meal that was closer to everyday and Miss T was perfect. The food selection was broad and attractive. We both had the lobster curry without regret.

Food was some of the best we had on our trip. Service was not good (and that's being generous)- probably the worst on our trip. But the food is really really good.

Depending on how brisk a walker you are it will take you between 15-25 minutes. I would not say it is unsafe to walk. You will encounter your usual "sales personnel" along the way, but a taxi is just a more expedient way to... More

Miss T's have all the Jamaican, classic dishes ( with a Miss T's twist), so of course pork is on the menu and much more. She has something for everyone. Go and check it out, you wont be disappointed.

Anna-Kay Tomlinson, affectionately known as "Miss T," opened Miss T’s Kitchen in May 2009, fulfilling her lifelong dream of creating a truly authentic Jamaican dining experience. Her passion for cooking, knowledge of Caribbean herbs and spices and years of catering experience resulted in her blending the tastes, smells, sights and sounds of her island home into an unforgettable cultural celebration. She has created a restaurant that is exemplary of all things Jamaican: the rustic country cuisine, the colourful culture, and the great outdoors. There are no walls at Miss T’s Kitchen—just a roof held up by tree-like posts decorated with red fairy lights. “No walls” describes the real Miss T, too. Anna-Kay Tomlinson is a self-taught chef who turned her enthusiasm into one of best restaurants in Ocho Rios, one whose reputation grows stronger every year.
