We were walking to a restaurant in old San Juan for a seafood dinner. But talking to some other people visiting and the host describing the fried stuffed red Snapple catch of the day, we were convinced and asked to be seated. The host offered us a table near the open kitchen, the aroma from the kitchen was to die... More

Had dinner last night and it was wonderful. The ceviche was fabulous as was the paella. Very nice staff, too.

We had heard a lot about this restaurant and were excited to come. Unfortunately, things started bad and ended worse. We arrived around 7:30 when the cruise ships had left and we were given bread to munch on. The bread was stale and clearly was cut that morning or yesterday. We had asked for fresh bread but were given another... More

Five of us had a great dinner at Aguaviva on December 30. We started with the watermelon sangria which was nice and refreshing! Our excellent server Bill took the time to make some recommendations for us which we definitely took into account. For appetizers we had coconut shrimp (the biggest I've ever seen) and cheesy bread, and for an entree... More

We came here for NYE dinner. Staff was very friendly, watermelon sangria very nice and food was light and fresh. My favorite was the spicy grouper civiche. Delicious!!

I had the ceviche sampler, orderign each of the 4 types of ceviche for $36. It was delicious, if a little expensive. I did not try other items on the menu but it looked good.

I had a full 3 course meal at this restaurant. It was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The server was absolutely wonderful, funny, attentive and genuine. The food portion sizes were perfect. I left feeling satisfied but not uncomfortable. I shared an appetizer, had the Mahi Mahi as my main course and shared the chocolate mousse... More

I took two friends who were visiting to this place, along with my husband. We were treated with excellent service from start to finish. The fresh oysters were divine. I had Pescado a lo Macho and it was possibly the best seafood dish I've had in a couple years. We split the bill, but not before adding on a few... More

Fantastic food and delicious drinks! An extended selection of ceviches was amazing, some really great fresh flavors! We had different whole fish dishes as a main course and they were all pretty amazing. Oh and a lobster mofongo is to die for!
